Unfortunately, after the roof replacement, we noticed a serious problem that had never occurred before. During heavy rain, water began pouring down the front of our house, and water also started seeping into the front of our basement, leaving the carpet wet. We investigated and discovered that the eavestrough was filled with old and new shingles, along with nails and other debris. We contacted the roofing company and asked them to return to inspect the roof and clean up the debris. We called several times and were told they were very busy and would come within a few days. We ended up waiting almost one month. Last week, we were specifically told someone would come today at 9:30 a.m. but nobody showed up. Since then, our calls have gone directly to voicemail. This has been extremely frustrating, particularly because the issue has resulted in water entering our basement. We expected the company to stand behind its work and address the problem promptly, but unfortunately that has not been our experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Robert's Reliable Roofing.

We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. While the workmanship itself was acceptable (a B), the lack of cleanliness and care for our home was extremely concerning (a D-). We moved to Livonia in the last year and the house we moved into was going to need a new roof…read more However, we didn't need to call several roofing contractors and ask for quotes because we had the roof replaced on the house we had in Brownstown by Gregory's Roofing three years ago, and we were more than satisfied with their workmanship. Fortunately, the drive from Riverview to Livonia wasn't a deal breaker because Gregory accepts jobs in the Livonia area. Like our previous roof replacement, the Gregory's crew was on time, professional, and did quality work. We had an electrician coming out two days later to install bathroom exhaust fans and the Gregory's crew was nice enough to cut the exhaust holes in the roof and install the exhaust roof vents at no additional cost! The crew did a great job cleaning up after their work was completed and made sure that everything looked good before they left. Without hesitation, my wife and I recommend Gregory's roofing to anyone that is in need of roof repairs or a new roof.
