However, it was a different company that doesn't seem to exist. A different phone number that was just an automated system designed to hang up on you. I tracked down the number for the real Prime Time Plumbing (Basil) and found out that he's had several people that assume he's working with AHS (he's not). The other company apparently does horrible work and then that gets reflected back on Basil. Although Basil didn't actually perform any work for me (again, he doesn't work through AHS), he gave me several suggestions and took the time to walk through the issue and explain the (deliberate?) mix-up on the names. I don't know who the other company is, but if you are assigned Prime Time Plumbing Service and it is NOT owned by Basil, call your home warranty company immediately and ask them to switch to another contractor.
