First Choice Overhead Doors did an amazing job on our home. We had a living room above our garage, and acknowledging that, Kevin provided us with his professional recommendation and we took it. His solution was perfect! We were able to keep the temperature difference between outside and inside the garage to a nominal difference, even in freezing temperatures. The recommendation was great for keeping the living room warm. Their recommendations for the opener and doors was great. Our doors were so quiet you couldn't even hear them. First Choice Overhead Doors charged over $3,000. My garage door cannot be opened despite my request to be able to be manually operated as it was previously. The garage door cannot by opened in any way. He nagged me repeatedly to buy a new expensive remote despite the existing one being fully functional. I have phoned and sent emails repeatedly but have received no response from Kevin. I am enormously inconvenienced with lights on in the garage, the car outside and a huge amount of garbage inside. First Choice Overhead Doors has proved to be an expensive, unreliable firm that refuses to execute decent work as well as honour their commitments.
