Paying full price for a service that yielded no results is unacceptable. I showed her multiple photographs from different angles and said I wanted it to be grazing my shoulders and longer in the front. I got the complete opposite. Not only is it shorter in the front face pieces it's also an inch shorter overall than what I wanted. One side has way more layers than the other because she decided to make up the most crooked part when she was cutting and now it's completely uneven all over. The only reason I am giving more than one star is because the salon itself was nice and it was a pleasant atmosphere. However, the mirrors were angled towards the ceiling and I couldn't even see myself in it so I was getting my hair cut without being able to even see what she was doing.
