She really made me feel comfortable with the whole deal. Very fast exchange--brought in the watch and she checked the serial number to assure authenticity, then came back with their bid. I had it built, and it was meant for a 1 ct stone, but I had them put a much larger one in. within a week, it had cracked the white gold, and we almost lost the stone. It was still under warrantee, but I know and trust Bedford Gold &Silver to do it correctly. So I opted instead to pay to have it done right.
