Free std testing and pregnancy help. Yes, there are real nurses with licenses. They don't do abortions and they don't say they do. They offer real help and care about you. You're not just a number here. read more

Their heart is to give accurate information, and provide support for those facing hard situations. They will not tell someone what to do, nor judge the decision they make, but walk with them and get them the information they need to make an informed decision.
