I asked very specific questions in email, they never were addressed. I'm sad this was the service I received. Also, the receptionists literally don't do anything but answer the phone, take a message, and then Nancy never calls back. They tell you some new excuse anytime you call. Can't give updates apparently. Unfortunately, I would not recommend using Nancy anymore.
