I drove up to Storm Lake from Des Moines where Kathy proceeded to tell me I needed new furniture. They had nothing to show me ahead of time. Absolutely nothing prepared. No layouts or designs to show me other than a brown tweed couch that they had on clearance. I called and told them I was not happy with the service and I was told "we did our job in Des Moines" thus still "deserve" the $150 fee. I can take my own pictures and buy graph paper for much less. Skip the service and just buy what you like in store.
