I paid him then 1 week later i got a bill for ANOTHER $250, claiming that the $120 was only a partial payment. Keep in mind NOTHING that did was an emergency call. Then when they finally did the repairs they went way over the quoted price. And didn't do all the repairs. I've argued the price she just rudely said "well you don't have our quote in writing so im not honoring it". The quote originally was for 4-6 hours. They brought a trainee with them charged me for 2 people even though only one did any work. So basically a NON-EMERGENCY service call was billed at $400 an hour. I'd hate to see an energy call price
