Then the one time I was in a jam, I needed a washer for a kitchen tap (that they had originally installed) to allow a renovation to continue I called and got the 'we will look into it and get back to you'. This was urgent and I stated so, but never heard back during that day. I eventually called back the next day and got the 'oh, we have been busy and didn't get around to looking for that, but we will now'. Five minutes later I got the 'we looked and can't find it, maybe try Amazon'. I doubt they even looked because for once there was nothing in it for them. Very disappointing. I never contacted them back as I instead just gave up on them and moved to another plumbing contractor. Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. He checked all the major components and explained to me what the problem was and how I can avoid the issue in the future. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour.
