I asked for an estimate back in the Fall of 2021 and never got one. I called Jack the estimator on January 17, 2022 and he said he must have dropped the ball on this job. I waited 3 weeks and he never did anything. I called him 5 days in a row and he was never in and I left him a message to call me back. On the 4th called i left a message that if he didn't want the job just to let me know and I would find someone else. Of course he didn't called. On the fifth called I just left a message that i would find someone else and the co wanted to know why and I told them he never returns calls. Poor service. They didn't seem to care. I will advise my adjuster not to recommend them in the future.

Called many mold mitigation companies, but only one responded. Thankfully it was the right company. Sean sent his mold inspector Jacob out to assess, who discovered a few holes in the roof where it met that wall. He found water behind the drywall. Turned out that the entire wall and part of the roof needed to be replaced. That team worked quickly and efficiently. Another team came out and replaced the drywall. Wow! Finally, another team removed all of my many frames, canvases, paints, easels, old paintings, etc. to a storage trailer, painted the entire studio, and when dry, carefully returned all of the stuff and took with them the plastic covers and debris. I am truly grateful to have had this company come when others wouldn't, and then to have them do such a spectacular job. Amazing! The most they tried was a flimsy blue tarp as a temporary fix, but this never worked and they called it a temprorary roof repair, which it was NOT. Jon Randle never was honest with us and they could not do what they were contracted to do, and we eventually after state farm telling us to stop usong Paul Davis, even though statre farm were the ones who hired them to help us initially!!!. eventually we had to find people and fix the roof ourselves. Terrible service, terrible costs and we were without our beloved cottage for over 5 years primarily becasue of the horrible work and negligent service from Jon Randle and Paul Davis in traverse city. NO ONE should ever use this comany again. I will never forgive them and never should they be allowed to handle anyones homes again.

unfortunately, they do not have a negative number to review this company. Service Masters showed…read moreup over a month after my pot fire on my stove in my rental. When they finally showed up they made absurd quotes an insisted on the whole downstairs being gutted. Again, a burnt pot on the stove. This project took over 3 months but actual people at the location working took 2.5 weeks with actual people on site. When I asked about progress and changes to the existing structure (paint changes no longer carpet etc) the project manager or lead for Traverse City, MI, Sean SEabass said none of my business as I was just a renter, and he only talks to property owner, not the landlord on my lease Please note I rented from a property management company , Stay North, who what I later learned only deals with very low vacation rentals and does not even have the proper licensing to even be a property manager. Sean Seabass refused to share any information with myself or my unlicensed wrongfully practicing property manager. He told me none of my business when my insurance was covering the damage, and I was baffled by the extent of remodeling needed to be done over a burnt pot on the cheap crappy stove. In addition, to taking 3 months and over quoting and taking advantage of this minor accident, SErvice Masters , took all my belongings, insisting they be cleaned. They took over 2 months probrably 3 to return and when they did not damaged items such as all my electronics came back broken. My 2k television all of the sudden has a broken screen when I watched and hung out in this apprently toxic living room for over a month until they arrived. I later learned by the staff myself and family were exposed to botulism. Apparently, they only gave my insurance maybe 10% of the damaged items and just returned broken things that were not broken before, as well as forgot things such as my dining table, a large bench, an ipad. I have spent multiple months trying to get a resolution and was threatened and spoken so rude to by Sean Seabass and their team. In a nutshell this company took advantage, took their time, and stole and damaged my belongings and refuse to communicate with me. I have had a list of items missing or damaged and they won't respond. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They are corrupt and will only try to steal or over quote your property to make a buck. Do not work with SEAN SEABASS as he is rude, makes threats and basically a corrupt thief working to make a buck and work his way up the company. A newcomer to the Traverse City area and maybe needs more accounts, etc to live with the cost of living here compared to Midland where he comes from but beware of this company and DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME AFTER ANY INCIDENT! DO NOT LET THIS HORRIFIC CORRUPT COMPANY IN YOUR HOMES. TRY ANY OTHER VENDOR THEN THIS AS I AM GOING ON 6 MONTHS WITHOUT MY BELONGINGS AND HAD 10,000 WORTH OF ITEMS NOT DAMAGED BY FIRE RETURNED BROKEN, NOT REPORTED TO INSURANCE AND THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND OR SPEAK TO ME. Get this corrupt suspiious rapidly grwoing company out of this county and out of this state for good. After a tragedy the last thing people need is the people hired to fix the problem and paid by your insurance only making the situation 10x worse and breaking, stealing your things and not even submitting to insurance for reimbursement. Honestly, we have enough issues in this country today and rents are sky high to have a corrupt renovation vendor from Midland, Michigan that is eating up the competition by taking advantage mistreating, breaking and stealing their things and over quoting the damages so they can't either make more money or get promoted. I cannot say if this is a regular occurrence but i highly doubt this is a one time case. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY HIGHER SERVICE MASTER UNLESS YOU WANT A TRAGEDY TIMES 10 TO HAPPEN AND HAVE THEM CAUSE MORE DAMAGE IN DESTRUCTION THAT SURPASSES THE INTIAL INCIDENT.
