We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. While I wish the reinforcement work could have been done inside, in order to retain the original aesthetic, I am thankful that the problem is resolved.

I did my best to keep him in my room, while I stayed downstairs to keep an eye on my two sweet guinea pigs. I didn't want to be in my room anyway. He got here, was able to get the snake out, and I'm so relieved. He was very nice and professional. :-) I never had a snake in my home and I have no wish to have another, I did freak out. When I called I asked if he could help me.
