We attempted this on different days and each time, there was an issue with appointments - either they didn't start on time or the staff was unaware of our presence despite us checking in. The representative didn't look at her computer and almost missed my appointment, even though I had been waiting there for 10 minutes. We left today after waiting for 20 minutes past our appointment time while the person we were supposed to meet was chatting idly - she knew we were waiting. Another employee, who was apparently qualified to open accounts, asked if we were waiting and then informed us it would be a few more minutes for our assigned representative - she could have assisted us but chose to help someone without an appointment. In the end, we left and intend to close the two new accounts as soon as possible. Do not go to Wells Fargo.

And lastly, not one acknowledged me when I came in and the girl in the drive-through moved multiple transactions faster than the 3 tellers smh..While I was standing there, in other words it was faster than coming in and I wish I had gone through the drive-through. yesterday was the final straw for me and that the only reason why I'm writing this review enough is enough.

Typically they are always so willing to help everyone fill out deposit slips for clients. However, just now I received my first not so good experience. Carol was at the window and was clearly busy with another client, which was fine. But she sent back my check and card to fill out my own deposit slip. I don't have a deposit slip first off, and usually the teller always finishes it for me. Plus isn't that why you have the card readers so they pull up my information without having to ask confidential questions in front of everyone. Furthermore, if I have been banking with you since 1995 and someone has always filled out my slip for me; now, I expect it to be done. I have learned to use the teller to the full extent of their abilities. If you prefer clients to do this themselves then maybe there should be a nicer way to converting people. She also traded me off to someone else, again which was fine with me because she was much nicer to deal with. Wish I would have caught her name.
