Am standing around letting everyone pass the line to the teller and sitting isn't helping so I don't know if I should have gone back to the line or what. The entrance has a station with a signature pad and paper but I have no idea what it's for. I ended up going in the line and I ended up leaving because a half hour later just standing around and I never made it to the teller and there were still eight people ahead of me. Bad first impression for my first time at this credit union after opening a new account.

The representative didn't look at her computer and almost missed my appointment, even though I had been waiting there for 10 minutes. We left today after waiting for 20 minutes past our appointment time while the person we were supposed to meet was chatting idly - she knew we were waiting. Another employee, who was apparently qualified to open accounts, asked if we were waiting and then informed us it would be a few more minutes for our assigned representative - she could have assisted us but chose to help someone without an appointment. I noticed a charge of $691.86 by Extended Stay America, we called Woodforest to dispute the charges, we did everything they told us to do we turned in our cards got new cards, we showed them the weekly receipts where we paid cash we never used our card to pay the weekly rate and we showed the check out date 03/12/24. Woodforest told us they would "investigate" but they never did, they did not call us and they did not ask our side of what happened and they never Reimbursed my money. We will be closing the account, I would rather use my Chime account where I can control each and every transaction.
