Tim, Sharon, David and the whole staff made the sometime headache of dealing with insurance easy! They were very kind and thoughtful in evaluating my insurance needs. I did a good bit of the initial steps via e-mail with David. I easily switched from an insurer of 12 years to StateFarm, set it up with easy payments on a credit card and now I don't have to think about it. Lots of communication including a welcome packet and a follow-up in person meeting just to make sure I had everything I needed. I am certain in the event of a claim this staff will be just as conscientious. Job well done! read more

Every year I need to request a statement to renew my lease. I requested that today and had the opportunity to speak with Erica, in Tim Westfall's office, for the first time. The office was busy, according to phones ringing in the background. She was so friendly & professional, even when my office couldn't accept the papers I thought were ok. She sent again, very quickly & in the course of our conversation gave me vital information about my life coverage. Certainly the level of customer service I've come to expect from State Farm! read more

I started a travel business last year in September as an Independent Contractor for a major Travel company. I mentioned it to Erica and she inquired if I had insured the business. I assured her I was covered by the major company; however, I could never get the policy details from them. I called Erica and told her I needed a quote for my business and she asked the required questions and called me back later with a very reasonable quote and now I have peace of mind and knowledge of the details of my policy. read more

The Westfall office, and the claims department of State Farm, were wonderful during a stressful time. Bethany, first contact, was always calm and helpful. Sharon Westfall guided us through the claim process and processed a new policy for our new (to us at least) car. This kind of service is what Erika Aronson told us to expect when we first walked in the office. She was not wrong. We are grateful to the Westfall Agency and recommend them without hesitation. read more

Working with Erica has been a pleasure. My wife and I decided to go back to State Farm for our home insurance and again she did a very good job. We had to call back to the office for an answer for our mortgage company. Erica was on a call with another client, but her colleague was able to take care of us. Now, that is teamwork. Thank you all for your exceptional service. Kenneth H. read more

Just a sincere thank you to Tim. We just had mess with the rental company this past weekend. Too much to explain. But, Tim and his agents/staff went the extra yard for us and by Monday, the problem was solved. I am absolutely certain that it was Tim's influence and perseverance that made, what had been impossible for us, a reality. Tim and his staff are why we stay with State Farm. read more

Tim and his staff have been wonderful in helping my wife and I transition our auto and home insurance back to State Farm. We were with another reputable company, but with no local contact.
