The one guy said something under his breath and the other girl just got up and moved to another table. So I walked to her table and she just pointed to the empty seat where she was sitting. I went to the other table and the man said "what" I said, "Oh hello, and good evening I'd like to return my Fios equipment" I clearly had the equipment in my hand in an open shopping bag of which I had held out in front of him where he could clearly see. He then looked at me and asked if I had the equipment. Now I was unaware that I didn't have to return all of the equipment just the big white box. He took the white box out of the bag and said "oh no I don't need any of that" he then typed some numbers into a computer. a piece of paper came out of a printer, and without even an upward glance, he handed me the paper and said have a good night. Now I wasn't expecting a red carpet or even a hug however, I was expecting some sort of, if not friendly, at least kind customer service. The time was around 7pm . I asked if they wanted the other equipment to recycle and or if they had a trash bin available to take their equipment, which had Verizon's logo all over it. He again didn't even look at me and said "No you can take the trash out to the garbage bin down the street". I walked out and I told him that I hoped he has a better day tomorrow.
