I retained Nancy Brady, hoping that she could help me get the care she needs. Nancy Brady gathered all the proof needed to show how my mom needed the care and went up against the insurance company and WON first time! Thanks to Nancy, my mom will now have the care she deserves for the duration of her life with this devastating disease! I highly recommend Nancy who as a nurse and attorney knows what needs to be done to achieve results. She kept me informed every step of the way and taught me many things I was not aware of with regard to elder law! Would never use anyone else!

Horrible service. The person we had was Anna and after she received our money she disappeared and…read morewas unreachable. She didn't respond for 2-3 months and so after a year we found out that she made a very careless mistake of misspelling our name in the documents which invalidated the entire process. This led to us needing to file everything all over again and having to wait for over a year for this to be processed. She told us it would be around 3-6 months and she took half a year just getting the documents sorted out, and now its been over a year because of her careless mistakes and we are still waiting for it be reviewed. This entire experience could've been much faster and less stressful but she was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive.

I tried filling for divorce on my own but the mountain of paperwork and legal jargon were a…read morehinderance. I started calling around to places that weren't going to charge me my left kidney to help me file but everywhere I called only helped in DV situations. I finally found Ms. Montbach who handles uncontested divorces for low income households. Her fee at the time was $500 plus the court fee of $125. I personally had already paid $210 for an index number when I submitted my separation agreement to the courts else that fee would have been included too. I was able to work a payment plan out with her and upon receiving my first half she began the long process for me. It took over a year from start to finish but that is through no fault of her own. My ex-spouse took a while to sign the papers and then because I filed during covid-19 there were a backlog of cases so my case took forever and a day to reach before a judge. Today Ms.Montbach sent me the email I have been waiting for. I'm finally divorced! I imagine she has a lot of cases to handle so she does not really e-mail you updates unless there is something she needs from you but if you email her for an update she is very responsive! Thank you so much Ms.Monthbach for your help!
