Your punctuality and flexibility were also appreciated as the class started on time and even finished a little bit early since we all agreed we preferred shorter breaks. Ben provided clear verbal and written info on the board. He gladly assisted anyone with understanding a concept or needing physical accommodation during the full-day course. I can see why Titan Health & Safety won the 2022 Consumer Choice Award for the 7th time! I've recommended Titan Health to fellow colleagues. I will keep coming back!

I'm very disappointed to have to write this review. I've had to contact customer service and follow…read moreup multiple times without resolution. First Aid Calgary had up until a couple of weeks ago very clearly listed on their website that their health care provider level cpr courses were valid for THREE YEARS, however when I did my recertification course with them last year, my certificate was only valid for 1 year. After emailing multiple times to inquire and force them to follow up with me, they responded that they're matching AHS requirements (I don't follow AHS, this is irrelevant to me and many others) and only providing certificates for a year. I very politely asked them to honour what was literally still listed on their website 2 weeks ago and extend my certificate and they've ghosted me and refused to even acknowledge their mistake or apologize for the mixup or confusion. They've conveniently changed their website now to actually state what they're offering but still won't even email me back or make right THEIR mistake. They list themselves as the cheapest option in the city but it's because they force you to come yearly even when it isn't required. I will absolutely never use or recommend them again and ensure my colleagues all know how they treat customers. VERY poor customer service and support. Do your CPR training elsewhere.
