The staff are everywhere, ready to help--probably because they know you might need a loan after checking out those prices! Seriously, some packages cost more than a family vacation. As a newbie, I felt a bit like a firecracker in a fireworks store--overwhelmed! Maybe next time I'll stick to the grocery store variety packs and save my wallet from going up in smoke!

Then they explained to me that the store was not open, but could be opened. I was uninterested, so I got off the phone. About 5 minutes later I got a call back from the same number, and got an unknown voicemail that said, "don't call this phone again". I wouldn't go here if it was the last fireworks store in Phoenix city. Horrible customer service. Don't go here.
