Showed up first thing in the morning for an oil change. They did my service and inspection while I waited and was done quickly.

Have been using this place for 15+ years. I went in to get my inspection done and other maintenance service. Keep in mind my car is only 2 years old. Dropped it off around 10am the male at the desk said we should be able to fit it in by the end of the day. Called me around 12 saying I am gonna need tires and brakes. I said just do the rest of the service I asked for and I will get the tires done next week. After 7 hours of my car being there I called to pick it up. The male at the desk never inspected my vehicle. He said I told you the tires needed to be done....He never said it was to the point they would fail. I brought it to another shop and he tested all the tires in front of me and said you would pass no problem at all. After close to 25 plus years of my family before me using them I will never go back. read more

When I went back in March to have my tires changed, I asked also for an inspection to be performed. Despite being charged for it, the inspection was never done as I found out months later when I got a ticket ($155) for driving without the inspection. I went back 3 times only to be turned away. The person behind the counter (I don't have his name but could point him out of a line up in no time) would need to hone his customer service skills, "we're working, we don't have time", "we don't make appointments", "you're rude" shouldn't be in ones vocabulary dealing with customers. I have been taking my car here for past 2-3 years since I moved from sayville to Moriches. They have always been reasonably priced, try their best to adhere to a time frame you might have and have always been pleasant. Today I brought in my car (2011 Ford Taurus) because when I started it yesterday out of the blu it sounded like the muffler disappeared, very loud. Took it down to Firestone, Nick took in the car then called me to say the front muffler needed replacing, estimate a little over $500, said go ahead. Then about 10 minutes later he called back an said it wasn't the muffler after all, turned out to be a gasket. Bill was about $128. I told him I wouldn't have known what it was an that I really appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend this auto repair/tire shop, honest, fair and pleasant! read more

I brought my boyfriend's Ram 1500 in to get some tire sensors put on and switch out the rims. Lamar took care of me the whole time and made sure everything was working properly before I left. As a women, mechanics usually make me feel "dumb" and "stupid" because I don't understand car language... not my forte ‍. Lamar and I had conversations in between, and only charged me for an hours worth of work like he quoted, but should have been at least 2 for all of the extra stuff I asked for. So today my car came in because i felt the alignment seemed off ! After which they pulled the wheels to tell me i needed front brakes when asked what the measurements of the pads and rotors were ,Answer we don't do that hmmmm ,,ok next The Alignment on the print out everything looked ok but in footnotes it said R/F outer tie rod has play hmmm why not tell me that before doing a impossible to get right Alignment ?? Answer well some play in a tie rod is ok lol where South Africa ? Keep the money you stole it will cost you in the long run ! read more

Worse place I ever been to , I went there for a simple flat tire and they some how mess that up and change a good tire now I'm stuck with the same bad tire waste of my money called up to tell them what happen and I get rude comments thrown at me for accusing them now I have to pay more for another tire ?
