Wife got a nail in the tire on her way home, I called this location and they were happy to squeeze me in just 30min before they closed! The Tech went above and beyond taking quick care of the tire in question and made to inspect and adjust the tire pressure in all four tires while it was there. Service manager was great as well making sure it was all covered under our road hazard warranty we purchased when we bought the tires a few years back. Overall great experience and a night/ day difference from other times I have been here. This crew there today restored my confidence and trust in Firestone as a company. Horrific. Bought tires for Lexus . Didn't feel right - told me must be brakes without looking at it. Wasnt brakes. Came back on Sat 4:15. All bays empty. Went in and told Matteo needed new tire. Said installer was leaving at 5 and would not change tire. He went and asked him And said no he was finished for the day Told us to try someplace else. Installer was just sitting on tire in bay. I went for inspection, waited patiently. They called my name tried to give me a laundry list of issues, I said fine let me pay and leave I will bring it to my mechanic. I had to wait 15 minutes I literally got upset they were taking a long time. The guy said he had to scrap off expired sticker, I left with my car took it to my mechanic he checked car fixed to the minor issues. He went to scan for inspection the Firestone shop failed me twice on purpose to cause me an issue because I did not use them to fix my car price gauging horrible place. Be careful !!!!!!! read more

Jay at Firestone Complete Auto Care went out of his way to help. My daughter's leased car needed two new tires. The car dealership where she leased the car wanted almost $800, so I called Firestone. The tires are hard to find, but Jay contacted another car dealer who did have them. The car dealer sold Jay the tires for $490, and Jay charged my daughter $500. He didn't have to help, but I'm glad he did. He saved us both money and time. Bravo, Jay and Firestone! read more

I brought my car here on Saturday for a tire repair (slow leak). I got an oil change as well. I paid the fee for both and was told a receipt would be sent to my email. No receipt was sent...but my card was charged for both services. I was told my tire was fixed and oil changed and was sent on my way. In fact, being that it was allegedly "fixed" I drove over 60 miles that same night alone. There was also no oil mileage sticker put on despite having my oil changed. My tire went flat again the next day. I went back. The first issue I brought up was that I needed a receipt. They printed one only at my request. I told the desk attendant that my tire was flat again and I needed them to check the issue they fixed. They came back only to tell me "oops, we made a little mistake...we were supposed to tell you that we never fixed your tire on Saturday (despite my car being in for two hours) and you need a new one and actually you should buy two from us". I asked why they charged my card for the repair and failed to tell me...they responded with we just made a little mistake. They refunded my card and I left immediately. No apologies just "it was a little mistake". What is crazy is that the day we brought it in, someone (i'm assuming the manager) came out to tell me how important it is to get regular checks done for safety and how great their credit card was and tried to convince me to open one...yet they charged me for a repair they didn't even attempt, let me leave with a broken tire and didn't have the nerve to apologize. You don't talk to customers like you're just somebody on the street nor do you deny warranty work that is covered by you this is the third time now this place is disappointed lied about parts overcharged I don't recommend them in fact I'd say stay the hell away from them they're cheats they're liars fun fact there last manager was fired for stealing money. There is not a better more professional tire service place in the area!! I went in with a cracked rim, came back with a new rim without an appointment after work and they accommodated the fix!! There's nothing more stressful then driving around not knowing when the crack in the rim would do more damage. Luckily the team here made it easy!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

Visit Date: March 27, 2018 I notice a lot of negative reviews about firestone but from what I've experienced and from what I can tell since I'm not really mechanically inclined the only gripe I had about service here was a long wait with a toddler which can be dangerous lol. I stopped into get my oil changed here. They were able to take me in and do the walk in oil change. I had my 21 month old with me. The oil change service did take awhile but the staff was very nice and courteous. No one said anything bad about my toddler running amoc as toddlers usually do, I in turn as it's my practice every place I go put back things he touched and decided to put someplace else. I didn't let him near any obvious dangerous places. One employee was super nice. I took her card her name was Ally Amato and she actually tried her best to provide some entertainment for my son which I really appreciated. From my experience I have no complaints and would probably be back in again for an oil change sometime in the future. read more

Dropped my car off at 11am yesterday for full brake job, (caliper, pad, rotor, 2 brake hoses) and inspection. After the guys looked over the car and found the control arm was also bad. The company they use to get parts messed up and delivered the wrong parts. So unfortunately they had to keep the car over night. I missed work Got the car back this am at 10 and the mgr was more than apologetic and took a few hundred off bc of the inconvenience, free oil change. went out of his way to make a bad situation at least a bit better. read more

Zero stars. Do not go here under any circumstances. Every year I bring my car in for inspection, there is somehow always a high priced item that needs to be fixed. Not something small - it's always an expensive item that conveniently failed inspection. Be aware of this place, my father went to this tire place on Saturday for a flat tire, granted they fixed the tire, but never fixed the problem that caused the flat. He had to go back again to fix another flat he got today. Not only did they hopefully fix the issue they charged him for a complete car package which wasn't needed. Honestly!! I am tired of giving this place freaking chances. So over it! So on December 12, my car had SEVERAL services done and this is my first time doing something big with this company. I normally go here for oil changes and inspections but this time, I've went to replace my brake pads, rotors, free salon check and tires rotated and etc...... Okay, so I've drove home that day And the tide felt okay. The NEXT day , I began to feel like I've noticed constant thumps as I went over bumpy roads and everything. Although they recommended me to replace my sway bar and stabilizer bar or whatever ... maybe that was issue, who the hell knows! So few more days went by, still determine if the weird feeling is there . It disappeared and then came back, this time noises started to get worse and I was driving late at night and it sounded as a big rock like flew up into my wheel or something. I had to park my car and make sure things were okay (shrugs).. the next day (Sunday 12/16/18) I didn't go anywhere so I didn't get to test the sound. But TODAY, omg .... it was so hard to brake and it was a constant clung and screech noise! So bad that I had to leave my car at my friend house .... couldn't even take it back to this Firestone cause the noise was unbearable! Turns out either the mechanic (who on my receipt says John) must've placed the bolt/nut whatever you call it on my brake area LOOSE or who knows .... wasn't there at all! Have been in twice and good experience both times. I found them through tirebuyer for a tire mount. I needed inspection and brakes and all went smooth. Went back for an inspection on my 13 year old van. Again, smooth sailing. There was no upsell or pressure for any other work. That's an honest shop in my book. Had a nail in my tire, so I made an appointment on New Years Eve for 3pm later that day. Was helped by Virender who took a quick look and advised me that the nail was possibly too close to the sidewall to be repaired, but they'd give it a shot. I appreciate setting expectations like that. Less than an hour later it was fixed and I was on my way. Also advised me other tires are low tread (which I already knew) and gave me a heads up about an upcoming sale in March. Very nice guy and A+ service. On a holiday eve, no less. Had an oil change done here after Pep Boys on Sunrise totally blew it with me. I remembered only when I arrived here, that it happened before, and that's how I became a Firestone customer. I made an appointment online for 11am for my tire to be changed. Okay cool. I get there. They don't have the tire I need in stock and so the tire is supposed to come at 1pm. I get a call closer to 3pm that the tire has arrived. So I head on over to get my tire changed. I grab my headphones from my car because I did not want to listen to the woman sitting across from me blasting Judge Judy. Because I had my headphones in I evidently did not hear the guy ask me where my tire lock key is. First of all I have no idea what that it and where it would be located. But as I took out my headphone I overhead another man at the desk saying "man people can be so stupid! unbeknownst to him, I heard that. Anyways. I'm paying for the service and I'm getting lectured about not forgetting to take my lock key or else I'd have to go to the dealer to get another one. Uh why not put it back where you got it from and tell me where you placed it? Passive aggressive is cool. I'm exhausted today so I did not open my mouth. The job was done. Will I come back here? Rips you off! I called about getting an oil change and tire rotation and I was quoted $40. It seemed a little high but it was convenient so I brought the car in . When I picked it up, my bill was $68. Their reasoning was that the oil change was $40 but the tire rotation was additional. This, of course is not what they quoted me. To make things worse, when I got home, my husband looked their pricing up on line and it says $19 for an oil change. Clearly they were just taking advantage of a female. read more

I brought my car here for an inspection. It passed inspection & the guy suggested new front tires & a new battery. The battery was changed 3.5 years ago. I said they could do the tires, but not the battery. I'll have my husband check the battery. They do the tires & the alignment & now my car veers to the left & the steering is loose/has a lot of play to it. I bring it right back for them to fix. The guy, Keith, says it's veering to the left. They tweek it & it's still veering to the left. My car was just fine until they touched it. I paid for them to screw my car up. I will never go back there again. read more

I've had nothing but positive experiences with this location. Kevin, Keith and the rest of the staff have been helpful and courteous. I know nothing about cars and could easily be hoodwinked, but every time I have brought either of my cars there, they have been very good about telling me what needs to be done now and what can wait. For instance, i have a 1999 accord with 230k+ miles on it, and it had been a rough winter. The exhaust system was totally fried. I called an exhaust specialist and they wanted 2k. Firestone did the entire job plus a couple other unrelated fixes for about $700. Don't hesitate to bring your car here! read more
