I usually don't post negative reviews but I feel like I need to so other woman aren't taken advantage of. So my wife was calling different places to find out the best deals to get her brakes changed and rotors turned. She landed on this place other speaking with a gentleman saying it would be around 210$. So she drops it off and the gentleman she spoke to was not working this day. Long story short after about 45 minutes after dropping it off they called her and said it would be ALMOST $800!!!!! You've got to be kidding me, now I'm no mechanic but that is robbery. I don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one but nobody in there right mind wouldn't pay that. They said all the rotors were bad (took to different place and were able to be turned) but even replacing EVERYTHING shouldn't be more than $500. I usually don't leave reviews but this recent experience left me very displeased. I scheduled an appointment at 2 pm for an oil change and potentially a brake service. It took 3 hours for these services to be fulfilled. When I book an appointment I shouldn't feel like I'm being treated and serviced like a walk in. Came here with a flat. Needed a simple plug which would take 5-10 minutes max. Guy at the desk wouldn't help me. Said he was "too busy".

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I was on my way traveling to NC and I was turned away by Sears across the street. Even though they were about to close in 2 minutes they took back my van and fixed it up for me. This location is absolutely TERRIBLE with their service. It doesn't matter if you walk in or make an appointment, they are NEVER on time with your car. I walked in (no I didn't make an appt bc of certain circumstances) to get my tires rotated. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait! That is ridiculous. Only reason I come here is bc I bought tires from them & it's free for rotation. I'll never buy tires from them again just bc it takes too long to get serviced! read more

I stopped by with a spare tire on my car after getting a flat. I asked for a plug in the flat tire. I was told that there was a patch in the tire already that had come undone and that's why the tire went flat and they couldn't fix this tire. This one was bought brand new about 8 months ago. I've never put a patch in it. Took it back to the place I bought the tire at, where I know the guy very well, and was told I was lied to by Firestone. There's no patch in this tire and there was a nail in it. Easy fix. They lied to me to try to get me to buy a new tire thinking I didn't know any better I guess. I only went there out of convenience because I work next door to them. Will not be back, they take advantage of people. read more

Didn't realize my front two tires had ZERO tread on them until right before Christmas so I had to wait until the day after to get them replaced. I called 5 places around spartanburg and Firestone was the first one to have the tires I needed. They were very accommodating and worked me in when it was convenient for me. I went in and I could tell they were quite busy and running around, but David came out to help me and was very sweet and helpful. They offered to drop off the car somewhere if I needed, but I ended up being able to come pick it up after they closed - they just hid the key under my mat and locked up since I have a spare. The car is driving good so far and they even have a 50,000 mile (I think) warranty, and if I get a flat I can go to any Firestone and they'll fix it for free! Thanks for being a life saver Firestone! I'm not sure how much longer I would have made it on those bald tires. read more

I have had great service here and everyone has been nothing but polite and helpful. The manager Jeremy Shope has a very good crew working for him. They work quickly and notify you of any problems they find. They let you know if it is something that needs to be taken care of immediately or if it can wait. They let you decide when to get the additional work done. They run a clean shop. I would rate them as an excellent shop to do business with and will continue to have them work on my cars. read more

I have moved to Spartanburg a couple of months ago from San Diego,CA. I was hesitant to have other mechanics working on my car since it's my lifeline. I have gone to a few other mechanics who were friendly but these employees here love their job and you can tell! I have been a frequent customer here and the one employee there goes by the name " Big O" he is truly sincere and loves his job! He has helped me out with my car everytime I have come in with a problem! He and other employees I've come into contact with knew I don't have a lot of money and hooked a girl up! The manager of this location even came up to me and some other ladies sitting down and wanted our opinions on how to make our ( all women's) time here at this location more comfortable for us! I thought that was amazing! He has even talked about setting a monthly thing to have free manicures done here while ladies get their cars fixed! Talk about customer service! I truly will continue my services at this location, they are good at their jobs, makes it comfortable, and I can TRUST their services! 5 stars all the way!!!!! read more
