They couldn't find her building, and called me 3 times for assistance. Big sign at the road, signs on doors stating which office was hers. Said they went in and asked for me, when they were supposed to ask for her, but she says they never came in her office. When they finally did arrive, the pickup guy was very rude, and caused a scene with security. When they came to drop it off, they didn't even go in the building, just gave the keys and receipt to the security guard. No reason for anyone to see what we paid to have our vehicle serviced. They also didn't return our lugnut key or the spares we had. I have taken it in personally for service and collision work, and didn't have these issues.

The mechanics pointed out that the brakes were also on the brink of failure. They did a top notch job (with beautiful welds!) on the exhaust and brakes all around in what has to be record time...and we were a walk-in! We were 3 hrs from home in an unfamiliar area with a broken down vehicle and Muffler Man saved our butts! Definitely would recommend to a friend! Thanks guys!

I told the guy I had called and what I needed. His response was rude and told me I needed to drop off my vehicle the night before if I wanted it fixed today. Well, that may have been fine, had he told me that YESTERDAY when I called. There are far too many other mechanics in the area for these people to be so rude. Guess I'll find someone else. Thing is, had they done a good job, I have another vehicle that needs extensive work done, and I'd have gladly brought both vehicles to them. Won't now. As a female, auto shops are a scary place where we tend to be taken advantage of. I will shop around and find a place with much better customer service - where they, at least, lie to me respectfully. I give them one star because they were open on time.

He got upset saying he did call but there is no incoming calls from his Business or his personal cell, that he did say that he called us as well from and to top it off when we went to check on vehicle. The business had closed earlier than normal, that we were not aware of. And to find the the vehicle was left in the parking lot, unlocked, so not only, did he LIE about calling us, he left our vehicle unsecured in a open parking lot in the city of saginaw. We will not be doing business with Gales Auto from here on out. To make promises and not stand behind them and lying goes too far to have a reputable business.

My two main concerns were price as well as turnaround time. The dealer was quoting at least 3 days and I'm just out of warranty so I get that I'm not exactly going to be a VIP customer. It was a Wednesday morning and I had plans for Friday afternoon. The man that answered told me to bring it in and he'd let me know. I had rear brakes, rotors and a caliper replaced all for a decent price. He also was able to complete it the same day. That was the most exciting part for me. They also do a typical check of all your fluids and topped off my oil. It is safe to say that I have found a go-to place in the Saginaw area.
