I scheduled an appointment earlier today and was originally given a 7:00 PM time. A staff member called me back and asked to move it to 6:00 PM since the store closes at 7:00, which I agreed to. I arrived at 6:03 PM, essentially on time, only to be told that they may or may not be able to get to my vehicle because of other cars ahead of me. That was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I adjusted my schedule based on the time your team provided. If the shop knew they were already backed up, the appointment should not have been rescheduled or confirmed. An appointment should mean a reserved time, not a possibility. I understand that things can get busy, but communication and scheduling need to be handled better. This experience made it feel like my time was not respected. read more

Call me a glutton for punishment. I heard there had been a slight shift in management and was desperate because the dealership was backed up . I had a slight oil leak needing a gasket replacement they found a code in the system for something else which I saw the engine light come on then go off so I knew there was another issue. After finding out the horrible cost I was about to incur I decided to just let them repair it. So they order the parts. They Call to say they were sent a faulty part. Then they keep my car for almost three weeks, with very little transparency. I had to keep calling to get updates then finally the Dm woke up and recognized the inconvenience and got us a rent a car. Then they fix it and want to charge extra to have the part programmed Fortunately someone must have realized I might be on my way to corporate because they decided not to charge me. All in all it was A total nightmare and I won't be going back to that location. read more

I've used Firestone for many years and I haven't been disappointed. I've been here multiple times this year and each time I've received the absolute best service. They have always made the best recommendation for my safety and I appreciate the thorough job they all do. Everybody here are very knowledgeable, they take the time to explain what needs to be done, they show you what they see so you aren't blindsided. You can tell they come here and understand what it means to work in a customer service industry. Went to get my car service. Told me I needed two tires. I said fine. The tires they gave me looked used. I go into with the manager when I told him I didn't want them. I wanted them off my car. He told me the tires just needed some tire shine. Smh. New tires need nothing on them. Got into back and forth with the store manager and he said I was ignorant. I rather be ignorant than a fool. Who wants used tires for new tire price. If I wanted used tires I would have went to a used tire shop. I'm done. Getting rid of their card and taking our business(3 vehicles)somewhere else. I have to establish first that they are polite, that been said the wait for my truck to get service is painful, I have to say no to get the lifetime alignment deal, you will be push to the end of the line ,because they are not making money any more when you go for alignment only Not workers fault, probably company policy, just be aware of the waste of time you are in for. Most inconsiderate Firestone that I've been to thus far. The tech had no regard for the cleanliness of my truck. There was no steering wheel cover, there was no mat cover or seat covers. I wiped off my steering wheel, truck handle, the gearshift and it was completely filthy of oil and dirt. read more

As a former mechanic, the manager had to order a oil filter for a certain car. The oil filter arrived and it was the wrong oil filter. The oil filter was suppose to be a K&N but what arrived was a FRAM oil filter. I told the manager and he said to put it on and don't worry about it. Then I was doing an alignment and the same manager told me to "bump" the tire to make it look good for the customer. The oil changes and Tires are overpriced. Also the manager refuses to get a mini zamboni to scrub the dirt and grease and oil off the floor. If it rains, expect oil and grease to be easily transfer from floor to anywhere on the human body and possibly to vehicle. The vehicles lifts are old and two of them broke down and it took 2 weeks before they was even looked at and when I lefted, one was still broke. read more

I took my truck here to have the heater core replaced due to a leak that was causing a coolant smell in my AC. The first issue is the manager told me the job couldn't be done even after one of the other employee's booked me in the system and rang me up an estimate. Once I finally talked him into doing his job, I dropped it off early at 7am to give them ample time to do the repair. Keep in mind my truck went in with that being the only issue. When I got it back, the dash lights didn't work, there was a crack in the dash, the auto light sensor didn't work, and the passenger side would only blow ice cold AC and no heat at all. Then the cherry on top was THE HEATER CORE LEAKED WATER ALL OVER MY CARPET..... They broke more stuff in the process of not correctly repairing the original issue.... Brilliant. Do not take your vehicle here unless you have plans to play a bad prank on a friend. read more

I'm happy with the oil changes I've gotten here for several years. Service is friendly and efficient. I got the lifetime alignment which I get done a couple of times a year which helps the life of my tires. And even though they sell and install tires, they also installed the tires I bought online and had delivered to their store. read more

Me and my boyfriend had a terrible experience. We went in with complaints of the car over heating and needing new belts. We were offered a diagnostics test and was assured that we would be taken care of. When we received our vehicle the belts were replaced but nothing was done about the car over heating. The main purpose for the visit. The Guy Emanuel S. Attempted to charge us and additional $100 for an additional diagnostics test for further inspection. The first test had no results concerning the over heating but you want to charge use again? Not to mention that they were a day behind with complaints of a "disappearing mechanic" when I was told the car would be ready Sunday. Today is Monday and still no car. Terrible service and highly disappointing management. Emanuel was also very rude to a new employee. Our car is still in there care. We left the car hoping that they will get it right but I have my doubts. I don't trust there quality of work. We can't wait until we are done with this place. read more

I took my 2006 Lexus here to get tires mounted and ended with a host of other issues which wouldn't come from changing tires. First of all the manager said it would be a 1 hour wait and I was there 4 hours patiently waiting. When I got my car back from mounting 3 tires and a 4 hour wait, they mounted the larger tire on the front wheel even after I told them they were different sizes. Now my tire is scrubbing the fender so I take it back, easy fix right. Once I get my car back the second time there's a rattling noisecoming from the front and they said it's nothing they did, however it wasn't doing this prior. They said they couldn't mount the rear tire because the bolt was crossthreaded now tire plus says it spends freely so they can't get it off. I'm no genius but being crossthreaded doesn't correlate to not being able to take it off, these guys are the worse and now I'm stuck with additional repairs because I went to incompetent Firestone.
