For the next 3+ hours AAA and I called various local auto repair vendors trying to connect with anyone who would come help us. None of the alleged 24 hour service providers would answer our call or return the call. The only one who answered the phone and came to our aid was Brian from Keck's. He answered the phone and came out and worked on our motorhome, in the dark and in the rain on a hot and humid Minnesota day. He couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. We sat on the interstate for almost 4 hours trying to get a hold of anyone who would come. I woulds not hesitate to call him again if I ever need assistance in the Faribault or Owatonna area again.
