I scheduled an appointmentt for 10am to have my brake pads checked. I was there for more than 4 1/2 hours. People were walking in without appts and getting work done and left. I was quoted over $1400 for front and rear brakes and rotors. I knew that was too high so I told them just do the front. I was told to turn the sensor light off it would be another $170. I took my car to another and they checked my rear brakes and said they were fine. I told them of my experience and they said I was taken advantage of. Why would I make an appt and it took 4 1/2 hours? I would never recomend this place. read more

Made a 9am appointment, showed up early. Tried to charge me over 100.00 for an oil change. I had a coupon for 29.99 he tells me that is 29.99 off the regular price. I let him know that is not what the coupon says. I show it to him he adjusts the price. At 9:30 (I have been her now for 45 minutes) I ask how long it will be he tells me about an hour and a half before we can get to you. What is the purpose of making an appointment. He tells me so we can get an idea on how much work we will have. I get my keys and go somewhere else. Bad business. read more

Kuzari, told me he was watching a movie, and if I wanted to watch Golf, I could take an Uber home. Site made recommendations for follow-up work, which I will not be going to this facility. This is what I am use to Firestones being like years ago. We decided to make an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment (we purchased the lifetime one in the past). I've has some issues with 2 other Firestones closer to us and decided to try this location off recent reviews. I am glad we brought our vehicle to this location. Staff was friendly and not pushing us to get other services done. Just because of this fact, I decided to go ahead and get my plugs and fuel system cleaned since they hadn't been done since I have owned vehicle. The store did quote me for a belt replacement when I picked my vehicle. They indicated they observed one small cracked, and said is wasn't an issue just something to watch ans consider for future visits (belt also hasn't been changed since I owned vehicle). I've said it before and i will say it once more. I'm always greeted with kindness and expedited service. I can always get a next day appointment if I call over the phone. Any time I've gotten any of my vehicles serviced they go above and beyond to make sure I know of issues that may become problems. The prices for maintenance are a value compared to the usual dealership prices. This review is for the Firestone at 4640 Ana St. Las Vegas. I went there while visiting Las Vegas and heard a noise coming from the rear end passenger right side. I made an appointment with Joe to come in early since I needed the car. I spoke with Eric who examined the suspected problem and the mechanic claimed he could not locate a problem though he took the tire off and inspected the area around the suspected noise. I was charged $9.99 for the inspection. I was greatful to be able to drive home safely (400 miles) and took my SUV to my mechanic who told me the shocks were completely worn down and he showed me the shock- the right rear tire was also worn down. I don't know how this was missed at the Firestone, I am just lucky it did not break down in the middle of nowhere. read more

This location is full of dumbasses that are unable to communicate amongst each other. I had an appointment scheduled at 10am today and was told it would take 90 minutes upon check in. I waited 2 hours just to return and my vehicle was not even in the bay. Chubby bald white male with a goatee says it wouldn't be finished until 2:30pm... Make it make sense and learn to communicate amongst your staff... Don't go here unless you want your car stuck there all damn day. read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The customer service here is horrid. I was a little confused, because when I scheduled the appointment, the guy I scheduled it was really nice. The date of my service, I came in. The first expression I got from the person was annoyance. She asked me if I am dropping my care off. I let her know we are staying because we drove 2 hours to get there. She was even more annoyed. Her response was "well, I'll have to ask you to leave if there are more people that come in". I told her that I get it but we have no choice and no where to go till it's done. I asked her how long it will. I get a snarky response about they have no way to tell. I asked her how long the car on the rack will be. Same response, don't Know. I asked her how long it's been on the rack. Same response. I then asked her to speak to the manager. To my surprise she said she is the manager. Crystal. I couldn't believe it. How can someone with such horrid customer service run a company that revolves around customers. I asked her if she wants my business or not. Her response was I guess we cannot assist you. At that point I was livid. I hope someone above her reads this, so they can resolve the issue and maybe instruct her on customer service. I will never come to this location again. I wish you guys the best. read more

The first time I went in the guy wasn't that friendly he was very monotoned thought he was just having an off day well the second time I came in he was the same I guess he just has that unfriendly I'm over this job attitude. Worst communication service! I told them my car has been sitting for a year and of course will need a new battery and oil change. They insisted the the coolant needs to be replaced too so I told them let's take care of this issue next. But I never got a call back twice with two separate issues. Aaron said they were unable to flush the tank and someone else called back said they could do it but come to find out after they had already sent me an email saying it's ready for pick up, they went ahead and didn't call back and did the job anyways. Come to find out they told me after they replaced the battery and oil change I found out that from what they said it had no fuel since there was no gas cap. I was upset because I know it needed to be flushed since there was bad fuel sitting and didn't want further problems which is what's happening now. The car is still at Firestone and not drivable. I was misinformed and very upset on their communication issues. They rather charge us and not speak about my concerns. read more

I was hesitant about coming to this place because of all the bad reviews and i've never been here, i should listened to my gut. I went in for an oil change and these thieves charged me $115 for it. I'm not stupid i've done oil changes on my car before (using the same oil they used on my car) and i know what the oil itself is worth. i could buy it myself for $40 and they charged me $90 JUST for the oil itself. I decided to come here because it was a smaller commute than driving to my dealership. Needless to say, i should have just went to my dealership instead. My dealership charges me $60 for the oil change + a car wash and a shuttle ride (if needed). These people charged me $115. The guy that checked me in was a caucasian bigger guy (letting yall know so you know who to watch out for.) was rude and not welcoming. When i finally went to pay i called out the insane overcharge to another associate (asian maybe) who was very nice. He lowered it as much as he could which was only $15 but atleast he tried. When i went to my car they didn't reset my dash so it was still displaying that i needed an oil change. At that point i went from salty to pissed. I went inside to let them know and that same bitter faced guy was like "well is there a sticker on it?" as if it matters if there is or not. go reset my fucking dash. Charging me $115 and then you forgot to do the most standard thing. The nice guy helped me, (wasn't expecting the other guy to lift a finger he looks like the type.) but anyway I'm never coming here again, lesson learned. Horrible customer service, terrible pricing, and still forgot to reset my dash. Probably will dispute with my bank. If you're reading this, go somewhere else. Drive the extra couple miles to a dealership where you will get more out of it. I would give 0 stars if i could. These people are crooks. read more

I had a bad experience with a set of 4 Pirelli tires purchased from and installed by Firestone. Great tires btw. (I replaced a set of Michelin pilot sport 4 and these pirellis are a step beyond in my opinion) (Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7 Hemi 22" wheels) at the time of install, I of course had an alignment done. 7,000 miles later the rears were already shot. GRANT helped me out and ran a few tests to pin point the problem. I was extremely nervous I would have to purchase a whole new set of tires, being that my vehicle is AWD. Long story short, Firestone via GRANT made absolute sure that I wasn't a disgruntled customer. He (GRANT) personally worked through this problem and ultimately fixed EVERYTHING!!! I was blown away.... He and Firestone made the call to warranty the alignment AND the shorty tires. Replaced them and mounted and balanced them as well. Absolutely above and beyond. That's how you do business. It was determined that the cause was due to a poor alignment job. No hassle.. no argument..... nothing but great customer service and a company that stands behind great standards. I couldn't be happier and more appreciative. My sincerest thanks to GRANT for a stellar job and for making right of a bad situation. read more

Wasn't my first time at a Firestone and also not my normal place to get my car serviced. However, Goodyear recently went out of business and here I am. I really didn't expect much, but was pleasantly surprised with my most recent visit. This Firestone is new (opened in March 2012), clean, and the service is impeccable. One thing that I should point out right away is that I do not have to pay a single dime on my car, like ever. That's because my car is part of a fleet and the company I work for pays for everything from the gas, car washes, and maintenance. This is just one of those perks by having a company car. So when it comes to price, I cannot rate whether it's good or bad. But I dig this Firestone purely based on their customer service, professionalism, and their lobby. Yes, I said lobby. This Firestone has one of best lobbies for an auto care center. Seats are comfortable leather or pleather, non of that hard plastic stuff. Each seat even has a foldable side table and they also have free wifi. My most recent service was an oil change and tire rotation. Start to finish took less than 40 minutes. This has to be the best Firestone that I ever been to. I think I just found my new favorite auto care shop. read more

This is the worst experience I have had at a Firestone. For the sake of a quick review, they had my car for three days, ran one diagnostic and never once contacted me to update me on the car. I had to call four times myself, and finally had to come get the car without having it serviced, because it became obvious that it was not going to be serviced. I have since taken it to another auto shop that completed the job in two days, no issue. On top of that, the lead tech was rude and seemed like he didn't know what he was talking about. My husband arrived for the wheel alignment appointment and was told it would be about 2-3 hours before they finish. He runs across the street to kill some time and comes back about 20 mins later, they call him up and let him know he's good to go. He knew it was too early but didn't think much of it because he trusted them, plus he had just gotten off work. They emailed the receipt but didn't show him the alignment papers. We booked another appointment at another location for the following day and they told us there's no way they aligned our tires. I stopped in to buy some oil but left with a complete oil change, at a significantly lower cost than what the local VW dealers charge. My vehicle takes synthetic oil so I'm used to being charged more however, the counter person, offered me a few discounts and assured me that the change would be done and I'd be back on the road within 30 minutes. He didn't lie. They allowed my dog to wait with me in the waiting area, which in itself was a surprise for me because my dog isn't small - she's 60 pounds. She's also a senior canine though so all she did was lay at my feet for the twenty or so minutes it took for the change. They pointed out some issues that aren't urgent but that I already knew about and I was on my way as promised. If only all shops offered service like this. read more

Would love to actually give a review on their work but I can't. Customer service however is shit. We had an appointment we scheduled two weeks ago to have our truck fixed (don't even try to blame coronavirus because we scheduled this appointment when only essential business were open and we made double sure to ask if they were considered essential). We set it for Saturday the 16th (today) at 8am because during the week we both are busy. We get to the store and there's a sign up saying closed today. If you're going to close at least call and let your appointment know they need to reschedule. Better to have us reschedule for another weekend than to have us drive out just to sit around waiting. read more

I was expecting to have to drop off my car later in the week because of COVID and all it's inconveniences it's brought upon all businesses. But when you told me I could drop it off right now and pick it up by 6, you literally made my day. Every other one I'd call I'd get the "oh well we don't have any appointments til next week" or "I'm booked up til ----" without me even explaining my situation. As someone who works with people, I know what it's like to be on the other side and trying your best to make it work somehow. He explained different tires that would be compatible with the current tires I had and got me a excellent price with warranty and installation. I dropped off car the next morning and they had it done in a little over 2 hrs. The entire interaction was very smooth and I will definitely do business with this location again. First time here. Brought our '05 Chevy van in for a minor oil leak. We also wanted an oil change after the leak was identified. They did the full inspection and told us they identified 5 issues. We braced ourselves for the news.... the oil leak was from the existing oil filter, a new filter would resolve the leak and 4 new tires. That's it, that was the 5 things. We knew we would need tires this year so that wasn't a huge surprise but we really expected a huge up sell of pricey things like every other garage we've been to. Nope, not here, not this time. They did the oil/filter change right then and there and we were on our way rather quickly. We will use them for the new tires as well. As long as they operate in an honest, efficient, and cost effective manner we will continue to use them for our needs. read more

I come here all the time to get my car & my husbands truck fixed. And normally I don't have a problem. However today, I came in to get my oil changed & Roger was the one to help. When I asked about getting an oil change. He let me know they were a few hours behind. He seem d to be annoyed & I asked if I should make an appointment. He told me that I could for another day but for today, even with one, I'm still not getting out here fast. I didn't want to leave my car & so I asked what I should do. He became more annoyed & was like, I dunno what to tell you. Now I'm fat, hot, tired and getting tired of his tone & attitude, so I decided I'd skip the drama & leave it. One he could see i was getting annoyed of him, He proceeded to tell me it was his first day at the store & my comment was, I could tell (because I've never had anyone be that annoyed when I'm just trying to get my car fixed & give his store business) and he then made sure to add that there was nothing he could do to push it forward any faster. I replied by saying I never asked him to do that. Here's what makes me crazy. Roger, it's hot. I totally get it, your shop is crazy busy with this heat wave. Im sorry if I seemed rude but your job is to make sure that I don't know you are annoyed by me. No need to kiss my ass but do your best to just brush me off. I would give negatives stars if available. Every time I speak to someone there seems you don't have time to do repairs/service. You had two techs and four bay empty with 4hrs before closing. I could have left my car overnight if offered to be shuttled. I've been coming here for the last five years bring all our vehicles here. But you've lost a loyal customer. I took my business down the street to Ted Weins Auto Repair who closes at 6pm two hours before you and was more than able to do the required services. They had several cars and one mechanic. First and foremost, the manager, Daniel, was professional and helpful. He answered questions and addressed concerns regarding our vehicle, which made us feel comfortable about letting the staff check our car for issues. However, the wait was extremely long (about 2 hours) for a complete vehicle inspection due to the high volume of customers and I think we were trying to be unsold to buy tires even though we have adequate tread left on the ones currently attached. I give this a 2 star because I was talked in to getting there credit card . I would receive 39 bucks off my oil change which I did . They offered me for 9.99 a engine / brake check up .. they came back with 1,300 worth the work that was needed to be done .. little did they know I had several things that they noted that needed to be done that was done less than 8 months ago . They changed there tune towards us when we declined there recommendations and said just do a oil change .
