I came to them yesterday after being frustrated at other wheel/tire shops in vegas. So I continued my Yelp search just hoping someone would be able to assist with installing new wheels. I found Sin City Wheels and every single employee was amazing from the very first time my wife called them. They told her they were about to close but cared enough to ask her follow-up questions and invited us to come right away before closing. We immediately showed up and every employee went above and beyond to discuss my preferences/needs for the wheels. They even went as far as to place one of the rims in front of my current setup so that I could see if I liked it. Nothing about them felt insincere and they made it clear that customer service is important to them. As someone who works for a major luxury car/energy company, I can say that Sin City's customer service skills will set them apart from other establishments. We will be dropping our car off in just a few hours tomorrow morning. If their customer service is an indicator of their quality of work, the install should be great. I went here a few months back to have some repairs done on my son's car. Most of the things they…read moresaid needed done I knew needed to be done. Right before I was going to pick it up I get call saying the connector for the coolant reservoir broke and needs to be replaced. I know there was no issue with this when I brought it to them. Fast forward to today, I gave them another chance and brought my truck in to have an O2 sensor repaired. They did a check on the electrical system and found the O2 sensor needed to be replaced. I also had them replace my engine air filter, in cabin air filter, change the oil and do a fuel system cleaning service. When I picked up the truck and left, my air conditioning was no longer working. I drove to the gas station, filled up, thinking maybe everything needed time to reset. I went back and spoke with the customer service guy, Spencer, who was helping me and told him the issue. He went and talked to the mechanic, Jason, who worked on my truck. Jason told him that the AC wasn't working when he got in it. I know this is false. I know for a fact is was working when I brought it to them. I then spoke to the manager who showed me there was an HVAC code that showed up when I brought it to them. He told me his mechanic is very thorough and checks everything. When I got the call about what was wrong with my truck they had several items to be fixed. If they are thorough, and check a lot, and the AC wasn't working when they got it, don't you think they would have mentioned it to me and offer to find out what was wrong with it? Not to mention they recommend changing my in cabin air filter so again if my AC wasn't working why would they change that for anything else than a money grab. When I spoke to the manager there, which unfortunately I was very irritated and did not get his name, he pretty much told me F U. I believe my mechanic over you and the fact the AC wasn't working when I brought it there and it isn't now wasn't their fault. I asked to speak to the person above the manager. The manager said he would give him my information and have him get ahold of me. I will update this if he indeed does call me. For right now, this location will never get my business again and I will never recommend them to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would but google reviews doesn't allow that.
