Brant the Manager is horrible. He has no personality and lacks customer service skills. His horrible leadership is evident in the staffs vehicle knowledge and necessary service requirements. I paid $118.00 for them to diagnose why the vehicle stopped accelerating. They recommend over the phone it only needed a battery. When I arrived the other staff member explained after I paid $390.00 dollars for them to diagnose the vehicle and replace the battery; that there is an automatic recommendation to change the oil. I was taken aback by this information so I asked why didn't they explain that over the phone during our earlier conversation. I'm under the impression that the vehicle had an oil change but the sticker wasn't updated. I asked could they tell if I need an oil change along with flat out asking if it needs and oil change. This staff member stated they provide this recommendation to every person/vehicle. I've driven the car 120 miles and the engine light came on. I checked the oil and the car does need an oil change.. This is unsatisfactory service!!! Want to talk about horrible service and put me into an unsafe situation. Went to Firestone in Little Rock Arkansas for an alignment check since I have lifetime service and had a low humming driving. Turns out it was due to a wheel bearing which they said they couldn't do an alignment without it being fixed and had them replace for $246.42. I get a call several hours before they close indicating they couldn't get my ABS light to go off. Wasn't an issue when I brought the vehicle in for service! Well all the warning lights are on. So I've paid a bill for service they haven't completed and told me I can get it fixed once I get back to Shreveport for free which is 177 miles away! read more

I called Firestone on Chenal Parkway yesterday to inquire about the cost of repairing the wheel bearings on my 2015 Toyota Avalon touring. Looking to get the replacement done for both of the front wheel bearings. i called numerous other locations for the information needed for the pricing on repair. I settled on going to Firestone, i called Firestone again today to verify the pricing. $705.98, so i took my car in to Firestone. I arrive this morning at 8:30 a.m and told the representative that my phone number was 510.XXX.1251, this was after asking if i had been there before with the car and so that was the phone number on the acct, we will circle back around to that later. They took my transmitter and keys and 8 hours later no car. I decide to call and get status. the person that answered says, sir we have been trying to call you all day. I said what does that mean, he says my employee didn't take down your information correctly and so the pricing was incorrect and we need to now charge you $850.00. I said and no work has been done to my car, he said "no we can get on it and it can be ready in the morning if we start now". So this person tells me that they have been calling 501.XXX.5993, which is a number that i had back in 2005. Now you are advising me that you are increasing the price of my repair. Most importantly, you have had my car all day, and now i have to get on the road to Conway in a car that has issues with the wheel bearings because of the incompetence of your employees. I call the corporate line and the lady taking my call communicated with the store and came back and tried to blame me for possibly not giving all of the information that was needed on the car. I said ma'am i didn't call and say i have a Toyota and need to get repairs done. She says that she will send the complaint up to an area manager. All i want is to be treated fairly. The fact that this somehow is my fault, all of these incompetent errors on the part of the Firestone store on Chenal Parkway would be the reason for these issues. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES. AVOID! Had a nail in my tire - stopped in.. forever wait but what can you do? HAD TO GO BACK TO FIRESTONE BECAUSE THEY COMPLETELY STRIPPED THE LUGNUTS. They 'fixed' the tire, I drove home. Woke up the next day to a flat.. apparently there were two nails the first time and they missed it. Fixed it for free so that was nice but upon leaving.. whole car is shaking. They did not balance the tire after it has been flat twice and two nails removed. There's a great business in North Little Rock: Cantrell Auto.. go see them. I'm a Firestone member and decided to get tires so I called Firestone complete care in 12320 chenal pkwy, Little Rock looking for some tires which were the BRIDGESTONE TURANZA QUIETTRACK and was told they have 4 tires in stock so I drove 1 hour and a half to get there and gave them my car keys so they can put them on the vehicle but when I told them I was a Firestone employee and I get a discount on them tires all of a sudden they can't find them tires no more so I drove that far for nothing. My Advice is that if you're a firestone member employee do not tell him that you are until tires are on and you get final price. read more

Shout out to Fred He was friendly efficient thorough and professional. Took great care to check all our camper tires after tire pressure was way too low in one. Issue was bad valve stem. Checked all the others & replaced a second valve stem. So relieved to get this done in advance of trip. Know this place is always quite busy but This Is Great Customer Service! This place is awful. Avoid at all costs! My husband needed 2 lightbulbs changed and they charged him $180 without even calling to confirm that he wanted to get it done at that price. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car in Saturday and they had a minimum of a 6 hour wait. I couldn't wait that long, so the female receptionist suggested I come Monday morning at 7 am. I said I couldn't come during the week because I worked and I'm all alone and don't have anyone who can drive me to work. She said she would personally drive me to work. Guess who doesn't even work until 10am today? That woman. And Firestone does not give you rides to work. Thanks for leaving me stranded. I will never go to a Firestone again as long as I live because of this experience. My car is 100% out of oil and now I'm completely stuck. Don't say you are going to do something if you are not. I needed new tires for my 1989 Land Cruiser. I was quoted a couple hours, which I was fine waiting. I had a new set of wheels, so I requested that after they install the new tire on new wheels, they place the old wheels in the back. After being in the waiting room 5 hours the job was done. When I looked in the back all 4 old tires, and wheels where crammed in the back. The way the wheels where positioned and pressured to fit, it left cuts on my vinyl wheel well. Is caused probably 500$ in damage. No offer was made to correct the issue and I won't be back. read more

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I've ordered tires from tirerack.com and had them shipped here for installation twice in the past. The installation was about $120. I went today and the guy at the counter told me that I could only have my tires installed if I also had the tire pressure sensors replaced bringing my total cost up to $310. I called my dealership and Tirerack.com and learned that this was absolutely not the case for a car only 4 years old. I went back to pick up my tires to take to another garage for installation and a second counter rep at Firestone also informed me that it was not necessary to have my sensors replaced! Wasted my entire morning and I'm clueless as to why the first Firestone guy was trying to get me to buy these sensors. But i do know that he (a very tall older gentleman) just lost Firestone a repeat customer. read more

Came in to get a tire replaced. I handed the keys to my jeep to the lady at the register. She said it would be a wait and there was no seating so I waited in my car. 2 hours later a mechanic came to get my jeep. I go inside and then they soon realise they lost my keys. It took them 2 hours from then to offer some kind of resolution. The shop manager and the girl who lost my keys handled it as if it were my fault. She had no desire to put in effort to really look for them. There was more customer service compassion from other customers. I had to sit there from 10:00-2:30 for them to even offer a locksmith or anything. I wish I would have read the reviews. It took over an hour to do an oil change , my car was ready within 35-40 mins. They parked my car out of the garage, nobody bothered to tell me I was finished or anything was wrong . I continuously asked was anything wrong , what was the hold up. Nobody at the desk knew anything. Apparently I missed a call from The place, to tell me I had a nail in my tire & was it okay if they fixed it but my phone was dead. Instead of coming inside & Asking I sit in the center another 30 mins & finally asked myself. May I add I was inside of the center THE ENTIRE TIME, nobody came inside to recognize me or say hey who is driving the Sentra? This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had at a car repair place... I went in for a simple tire patch. A patch that costs an average of 10 dollars! Fire stone charges me 47 dollars... the tire itself cost me 60 dollars... how in the world does that seem like a fair price?? I told her I wasn't from Little Rock and I have a flat tire. She said do you want me to air it up? Ummmm...no I would like for you to see why it's flat and fix it. Worst customer service. Had a new alternator put on at another Firestone location and a couple of days later, the belt came off. I was close to the Chenal Firestone location so I brought it in there to see if they could repair it. They said I need to take it or have it towed to the location where they fixed it the first time. They handed me a sheet that said nothing about what I brought it in for but rather, what cosmetic damage the van had. Called the downtown location and they ended up arguing with this location and were stunned that they would not help. The Firestone downtown sent a tow truck to pick it up (they paid for it) from the Chenal location and bring it to the downtown location and ended up fixing it the next day. As I sit in the lobby of this Firestone for a simple A/C check, I'm going on 5 hours of wait time with only a handful of apologies for being completely misinformed on their ability to check and repair my car. I stopped by the night before, but all the A/C techs were gone and I apparently needed to leave my car overnight or come first thing in the morning. No appointments? Not to mention I was misquoted 3 times for the "performance test" (49.99, 39,99 and 19.99) and would have been overcharged for the repairs (check other auto repairs nearby for the same service). Evidently all I needed was a motor relay chip and freon. I bought the chip here and will fill it elsewhere. Please believe the other reviews and save yourself the headache. read more

I am new to little rock and was in the neighborhood of this Firestone location, and needed to get an oil change. They were not busy, there were clearly 2 of the garages empty. This was around 3:00 pm on a Wednesday. Neither of the ladies working inside had any customers either, so I asked if I could just get a standard oil change. She said I would probably have to leave my vehicle overnight, but there's a chance they could get to it before closing later that evening. I asked if I could make an appointment for perhaps the next day. No. No appointments. First come first serve. She said I could bring it in at 7:00 am and perhaps they could get me out in an hour if I was the first in line. She was rude, and offered no alternative solutions. How does a simple oil change take an hour? Leave my vehicle overnight for an OIL CHANGE?! Very poor customer service. I left and went down the road to a Precision Tune Autocare who had me in and out in 25 minutes with very nice people. Please believe the other reviews on this Firestone location.
