Warning lights came on my car and I needed immediate repairs. I checked in online with all my car details and the codes for what was wrong and took their first available slot which was 2 pm. Then scheduled someone to drive me to and from repair shop. At 10:30 I get a call and someone tell me to bring it in sooner if I want it done today. Rescheduled with the friend who is taking time out of her busy life to help me and brought it in at 11am. Well close to 3pm I call to check the status and they have not even looked at it. At 4:10 I get a call it's ready and we drive over. No conversation about the car as I'm paying the bill. It was just over a hundred. ($110) I'm like, "Why was it so cheap"? He mumbles something about the guy didn't know how to fix it. They didn't fix my car, just took 5 hours to do an expensive incidental oil change. Then I get into the car and theres 2 big grease marks on the ceiling and the seats are changed the odometer is up and the AC is blasting. So unless you have a ton of time and money to waste go somewhere else. Remarkably inconsiderate. They could of said upfront they don't do those kind of repairs and probably would have if I didn't throw in an oil change. An oil change I could do a couple shops down in 10 minutes. Now I have to ask once again for help from a friend and nuke yet another day. read more

I sat for 30 mins for air and the manger Josh kept telling me someone will service and no one came. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.... mind you I was the only car there and no one was in the lobby. a guy later came, I asked for air and he told me I would have to wait for someone in the inside because he just got to work. As I'm writing this I am still waiting for air to be placed in my tire. read more

This store sold me tires for my truck that were the wrong size. A few years later when I had a flat and added the spare (the correct sized tire) it caused major problems with my differential. Furthermore, two of the tires when brand new had the valve stems improperly installed and that was a headache to fix when I was traveling across the country. Bottom line, I'd go to another tire store in town. As for me and my house, we'll never use Firestone again. read more

Update to my previous review, Oct. 14, 2024 updates; On 9/16/24 I took my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to Firestone 1020 Airport Rd. Huntsville Alabama 35802. On or about 9/18/24 Firestone called me to inform me that my vehicle would not start and they do NOT know why, keep in mind I drove the vehicle there for a tune-up, advising me that I would have to have it towed to another mechanic to have it repaired. Also, I will have to pay $973.58 before Firestone can release the vehicle to the wrecker company. After a long conversation the price was reduced to $486.94, I reluctantly paid the bill so the wrecker company could tow my vehicle to another mechanic to fix the damage caused by Firestone mechanics. After writing the first review, the management contacted me on September 27, 2024. This manager (Joesph?) asked about my experience with Firestone, so I explained what had happened. After I finished, he asked How can I make this better? I told him he could give me my money back or at least he should give me the $486.94 minus the parts (spark plugs) $113.94. He said he would have to speak with the district manager and he would let me know if there was a solution to this situation. Honestly, I think Firestone should repay me for the damages they caused $483.13 (Rocket City Off Road repair Bill), the wrecker bill, and repay me the $486.94 they charged me to damage my vehicle then hold it hostage until I pay it so it could be towed to Rocket City Off Road to be repaired. As of today, September 14, 2024, Just as I expected NOTHING, NOT A WORD, GO FIGURE! Resolution In Progress??? LOL read more

Customer service was good not the best. Lobby was very clean and neat. They also had complementary coffee and water for clients which was nice. Though I think they didn't have enough seats for clients. In addition I had made an appointment which was great since they checked my car in less than 10 minutes which was a plus for me. Also the employee who helped me didn't really explained what my car had since he was speaking to me and also was on the phone which was unprofessional and rude. So I told him take the call first. Moreover he explained in detail now that he was off the phone what my car needed. Which were rear rotors and break pads. And also explained that my car was perfect for the year it was. Furthermore I would recommend this Firestone but also making an appointment would be best. read more

Brought in my A4 prior to cross country trip. Picked it up with exact same alignment problem thst was supposed to be fixed. Brought it back only to have them rotate my tires, the wrong way as they are directional. They lost a center cap to my wheel and sent me on my way. Worst service and lack of knowledge of basic tire and alignment. read more

Stopped in to get a tire checked and it was evident they were short staff. However effective and efficient service is still required. I waited over an hour for them to tell me the tire was not repairable and I was only informed because i walked in to use the restroom. Now Another 20 min have elapsed before the man tells the other man i need a new tire. I am beyond dissatisfied and aggravated. This is not how you run an affective business at all. read more

Ok. I just got done with these guys. They did me a huge solid today. I'm not from the area and was passing through on my way back to NY. Was in a hurry to get back on the road and Got a nail in my sidewall and they quickened them process, changed the tire to my spare and then said there was no charge! Whoever is the manager here give Cameron a raise now. He was awesome and polite and just so very kind. Seriously, I want Cameron to get a raise pronto. Thank you guys for all you did! read more

We were visiting Huntsville from out of state and blew a tire during our trip. I expected to be told we'd have to replace both of the front tires for upwards of $200. Instead, Firestone carefully assessed the damage and applied a patch - grand total, $20.17! There was a long wait, but the quality of service was excellent. read more

I recommend the manager of this store have a conversation with his/her employees about customer service. I visited this store because there was a leak from my vehicle. The employee at the store (white male, clean-shaven head, tall/slender) appeared agitated and was condescending. He briefly looked at my car and recommended that I come back the next day as they were all booked for the day. I noted that I had to go out of town and if they could look at it. They were not able to put it under the rack to take a brief look. I took it to another Firestone and they were also full/booked, but they were willing to briefly look at my car by putting it under the rack. They discovered my car had a lot of problems. I do not mind the fact that this location was full and I was told to come back next day. What I have a problem with is the attitude of the employee noted above. This employee needs to be counseled on the meaning of customer service and of being courteous. read more

I'm usually never a fan of Firestone, but BTW, but this one exceeded my expectations. I had to wait an ungodly 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, which was explained to me to be because they broke some lug nuts off my wheels and attempted to have them replaced an unworldly 4 times by local suppliers and ALL except for the last try were WRONG. Of course, this was no fault of mine, so the clerk at the register decided to give both the oil change and tire rotation for free. Again, this is NOT how I'm used to handling disputes with Firestone. In the past, I've been charged with ALL work even though it was NOT completed not on time or within the original quote on the board and then left to dispute it with the main company. I am so glad they treat ppl respectfully, which is why I give this Firestone 5 stars. read more

Excellent customer service! Had low pressure and they had me in and out of there quickly. Dalton did a fabulous job explaining why the indicator in the car was picking up a different tire, a result of the sensors not being reset when the tires were rotated (tires were rotated at another location). This shop really does not care about getting the job done quickly. The workers would stop on the middle of the job to text and chat with friends who would walk up into the garage. They scratched my wheels, which had zero scratches before and managed this for the first 50k miles. One tire was inflated past the max inflation psi. I'm glad that I checked this. I could have had a blow out. They are cheap, but it's for a reason. Find another shop that actually cares. read more

Handled my car issues thoroughly and in a timely manner and maintained constant contact with me until it was complete and I was bit late picking it up as they were closing they took me right in 10 mins after closing and got me checked out and back in my car I love firestone on north parkway Brian is by far the best as well as Jeremy and whoever my tech was that day they worked together as family and team and got it done perfectly !!! Came here twice to replace both my front tires. Had one done on saturday fairly quick service. Then came back tuesday for the other tire. They replaced my spare with my old tire for free no charge. They are fast and dont upsell i will always return here. Highly recommended thanks firestone team. Forgot to add they also did my alignment and im extremely satisfied. read more

I went to this Firestone this morning and I really thought they might try to get over on me because I ama a female and not honor my warranty. Boy was I wrong they told me the truth about what was going on with my car and fixed it for free because it was under warranty. They had a sale on an oil change and I got that for $29.99 plus tax. What a great shop. Clean establishment and Ron at the front was great. Will definitely bring my car back again read more
