Upon check in at the hotel, no mention of our anniversary, no notes, no celebratory items in our room. For this level hotel, thought the front desk would have at least wished us "Happy Anniversary". Disappointed and thought the Ritz was better than that.

We had called in advance and requested our rooms be ready early, and that our rooms be near my parents room since they were traveling with us. I have made similar requests at other Bonvoy properties before and have almost always been severely disappointed. That was not the case here. Our rooms were ready when we arrived at noon, and we even received an upgrade due to our Bonvoy status. The front desk manager was so professional and kind! I was blown away when we arrived in our room and they had left the sweetest gifts for our son since it was his first trip. Touches like this are what make the Ritz Carlton brand legendary. Our entire stay was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and had the best service for drinks and lunch. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Edge. As always, the service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We only visited for one night, but everyone had the best time and felt relaxed heading back to reality.

The rooms were nice as were the grounds and the adult pools were much better than the river. I'm guessing those pools are guest only, no day pass entry. Billing issue took a while to correct. The resort is beautiful, incredibly clean and spacious, and the aesthetic is gorgeous. There are plenty of restaurants and places to eat and drink, beautiful pools, and so much to enjoy throughout the property. The food was also amazing everywhere we ate, from the restaurants to the café! What impressed me most was the customer service. From check-in and the golf cart drivers to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and bartenders, everyone was attentive, respectful, and genuinely kind. If you ask for directions, they don't just point you somewhere, they actually walk you there. That level of hospitality really stood out to me. A special mention to Cris, who welcomed guests outside and opened the doors. His kindness and hospitality made such an impression on me. I had such a beautiful experience here and cannot wait to return. I'll definitely be recommending Omni Rancho Las Palmas to my friends and family!

Check-in was a bit slow, but the staff handled it professionally and kept their composure while acknowledging those of us waiting in line. After checking in to our facing the pool, which gave us a really great view for the weekend, we stepped out and dined in at Fisherman's Landing. The property is still in great shape and beautifully landscaped with tons of lush greenery. It's so easy to walk around, and we loved just sitting on a bench to relax, watch the boats sail by, people-watch, and catch the sunset together. Can't wait to get back!!

Maybe our room was a handcapp assessible room - not sure but we had a tub with all the grab bars and shower. The water was hot, and the room was clean but we were seriously lacking extrra towels, no hand towels, had to ask for more toilet paper, and ran out of shower gel. the bed was comfortable but when it was time to sleep i could hear everything... people upstairs walking in their room or whatver they were doing was the worst - i thought they wre going to fall through! then the people getting back to their rooms late at night and the slamming doors -- i cant! I didnt sleep well. We also hd a very large crack in the door between the door and sdoor sill which not only let sound echo in but also light. Didnt use the pool, but walked around -- they have a koi pond - it needs to be cleaned out - could be nice but clearly needs a good cleaning. We did eat on site at Pizini restaurant and it was okay. Coffee shop was fast, friendly and good! Check out was a pain- I was going to check out with the desk but one lady was doing something at the computer and not waiting on people while two other employees where just with customers - one who was along a bunch of questions about shipping something and the other who was trying to figure out what room he wanted - I waited and waited - orders my uber and finally just walked over to the lady who wasn't helping customers and asked her if I could just give her my keys - she didn't seem to want to take them and said she would give him to the guy who was waiting on the guy who wanted to ship something. - so they need more staff at the check in-out area - there were about 10 people in line when I left. I ended up using the app for check out anyways and the hotel sent me an email thanking me for my stay overall, be prepared to walk a ways to the rooms, and if I wasnt at a conference I definelty wouldnt pay those prices to stay here.

The evening time events were beautifully put on with a nice selection of hors d'oueurves always coming around and well prepped pop bars with a good selection of wines, beers, cocktails, and mocktails. There are also restaurants, cafes, and a coffee shop on site. The rooms themselves are very clean and modern. The is a spacious work area that is cozy and well suited for some focus work time. The beds are king sized, comfortable, and make for a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are large with plenty of counter space and a separate shower and bathtub. The stay at Grand Hyatt was fantastic and I would highly recommend it for your conference needs.

There are so many little hidden sitting areas to just spend time relaxing. The birds were singing, it was a little slice of heaven with a lot of history. Located near downtown Palm Springs with wonderful restaurants and shops. The owner Joe Pulisi is very friendly and accommodating. I cried when we had to leave, but we plan to return for sure.

Our stay began on June 16th at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, we waited in line to check in. Prior to our…read moretrip, my husband had made several attempts--over the course of months--to upgrade our reservation to a two-bedroom unit. Each call to the 1-800 number involved wait times exceeding 45 minutes, but we were consistently reassured that an upgrade could be accommodated upon arrival. Unfortunately, this was not the case. At check-in, the front desk informed us they could not assist and directed us to contact the 1-800 number again. After doing so, we spoke with a representative who reviewed the notes from our previous calls and confirmed that an upgrade should be possible. We were advised to request a manager upon returning to the desk. However, after waiting in line again and explaining the situation, the manager declined to come out and instead relayed through staff that the last two-bedroom unit had already been taken. As a family of five, a one-bedroom was not suitable, but we decided to move forward and make the best of the situation. Upon arriving at Building 6, we were immediately concerned by the condition of the property. The stairwells had visible cobwebs and scattered trash, giving the impression of poor upkeep. When we entered the unit, it was clear the space was not well designed for comfort. The living area was cramped due to excessive, unnecessary furniture, and both the living room and bedroom felt tight and poorly arranged. The bathroom was adequately sized but only had a single sink. The shower/tub leaked water, and the shower curtain appeared insufficient, which likely contributed to visible water damage. There was also noticeable mold and general uncleanliness in the bathroom. The carpeting throughout the unit appeared heavily soiled. The pool experience was also disappointing. The property advertises multiple pools, including two with water slides. On our second day, we attempted to enjoy these amenities, only to find that one of the main pools connected to a slide was closed, with assurances it would reopen the following day. At the main pool, we found the patio furniture in poor condition--cushions were torn and visibly dirty--and the pool water itself appeared unclean. Additionally, there was ongoing construction nearby, which disrupted the environment and required guests, including my daughter, to repeatedly accommodate workers passing through. We moved to a quieter pool area, which was somewhat better, but the water still appeared less than clean. On the third day, the previously closed pool remained unavailable, adding to our frustration. We eventually found another pool area that was better maintained, with cleaner seating. Food service was also inconvenient, as everything had to be ordered through a mobile system with no traditional waitstaff, which made the experience less enjoyable. Other issues included receiving extra blankets and pillows delivered in trash bags, which felt highly unprofessional. The pull-out sofa bed was in poor condition, with torn bedding and what appeared to be stains on the mattress. Overall, after four days, we were ready to return home. This was one of the most disappointing stays we have experienced. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unresponsive customer service made it difficult to enjoy what should have been a relaxing family trip.

The lounge chairs are first come first serve and were all taken. The kids went straight to the sand/beach area while we looked for a spot to sit. We got lucky and some chairs opened up. We enjoyed the pool all afternoon and into the night. We ordered food, drinks, and the kids enjoyed a movie they played on a large screen. The pool water was warm and the pool was 3 feet around and in some places 4 feet max. The room was large, quiet, and had a great view. We went to sleep and woke up early for breakfast. The kids loved the buffet and trying a variety of food items. When the pool opened, we quickly found spots close to the sand/ beach area. Weather was great, pool was warm, and everyone enjoyed relaxing. You can order food and drinks at the bar or place your order with the waiters walking around. There are plenty of places to eat at the resort and food options. There are restaurants close by or DoorDash available if you want something else. There is a shop inside with items to purchase and an arcade. This place was great and a very relaxing, even with the kids. The kids enjoyed themselves and had fun, making it that much more enjoyable for us. Money well spent!

Let the front desk know that and did a repost because these are bed bug bites. We got moved to another room and we enjoyed our outside again, when we came to the room, our TV doesn't work. We tried connecting our phone to the tv the same way we had done on the first room. But keeps saying the tv doesn't have network connection. We used the phone that's in the room to call the front desk and guess what?? Yuppppp our phone in the room doesn't work ether!!!! Now it's 11 pm and we're waiting for IT service guy to come to our room to fix it. It's bad enough the bed bug issue we had at the first room and now we're having other issues in this other room they put us. It's an uncomfortable feeling having someone to come to your room at this time at night to fix something that shouldn't have even been messed up. It's a new room they sent us too so all this should have been taken care of prior to moving us. Very upset that all this is happening on my finances birthday and will never come here again.
