We had to check out and go to a different hotel due to strong gas smell, a rotting smell through out the lobby and first level. The fire dept, paramedics and others were working to find out what the issue was. We had to leave because the odor was too strong. A few weeks later they said it was because the air ducts needed to be cleaned..? Not sure if this is entirely true. All in all, if the pool opens up & the smell is taken care of - this is one of the better hotels in the area. Would stay here again. The front desk staff were kind.

He then proceeded to rudely tell us that he did not have a room for us and that his housekeeper was gone for the day and therefore there were no clean rooms available - I told him we paid for our stay already. He did not want to help us and just hung up the phone. We ended up going to a different hotel - that was much nicer and has better customer service.
