The service is warm and attentive without being interrupting. The menu offers a great variety of entrees including pizza. There are lunch specials, hot & cold appetizers, pasta, meat dishes and seafood. We opted to try their cesar salad (with extra anchovies) and the 'special' of a pasta and house made Italian sausage plate. YUM. The wine list might be brief but the wine was also good. When inside the restaurant we get terrible service if any at all after being served the main dish. Then we wait for our ticket so long we eventually just walk up to the front to pay. Our family has had enough and unfortunately there goes yet another restaurant in this town we will not return to again. We tried so many times to help support you and your staff, but there are never any changes even after other similar reviews/ complaints have been submitted. Everyone is entitled to an off night. It's a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. It's I always left my server a really nice tip. Thinking that this would get me the level of service I want. But for some reason except once I feel I am being ignored. They seem to have a loyal clientele that they seem to cater to and other customers are not given the service the others are. Again the food is really good. The service except for the one time has been less than desirable. This kind of puts me in a tough spot.
