A girl puts down her cell phone right on the counter where they make sandwiches and starts making his sandwiches, with her bare hands, no gloves -- which are required. During the process of making his sandwiches, she puts the sandwiches down several times to respond to texts on her cell phone. I just couldn't believe it. I had just ordered my sandwich and was about to swipe my credit card. I was just about in shock from the blatant disregard for food safety and obeying the law, etc... I told the cashier to forget it and then I said, all of you need to review the safe food handling requirements. She just had a blank look on her face as if she was clueless.
