Then she did an over-the-phone consultation. She said she would call me back w/in 20 min. with a quote price - nope - emailed me a scan of the quote 2 hours later. I have a small 3br house, small living, dining, kitchen, which I keep pretty clean - I just need bi-weekly help to maintain washed floors, dusting. Their quote WITHOUT EVEN SEEING MY HOUSE was $688.19 for the first cleaning (HA! - what are these people thinking), $198.82 for weekly cleaning (HAHA!), and $213.50 for bi-weekly cleaning (HAHAHAHA!). THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Do not hire them.

His price was a few hundred less than other quotes that we received from other contractors. He seems to be getting a good amount of work and is a pretty busy guy. The project did take a little bit longer than we hoped, but I won't complain about it. He did a superb job! He was very friendly and clearly communicated what he was going to be doing with the project. He did point out a few things that he noticed could be repaired, but he didn't push for hiring him to do it. He gave some pretty sound advice on how to go about it. Let me be clear, this was something we were already aware of and he was kind enough to let us know and did NOT push to be hired to help with it. TLDR: Quality of work was top knotch. Schedule was a small challenge due to amount of work, but no complaints. Great price and overall great experience. Would hire again!

Four days before the service he reached out asking me to confirm the schedule date even though it was listed clearly in the text messages. Based on my experience meant that this was going to be either a good sign or a bad sign. Often sub-contractors will use this as an excuse to claim that they weren't aware of that or that they were told something else and that they cant keep their commitment making it your fault. If not that they will use this to make you feel like that cant do the job for what they agreed on and use it to ask for more money. Two days later he texted us stating: "I will not be scammed by you or your client who you say needs a Purple Leaf Sunroom. My first red flag for you, I didn't have a choice on Creating my Own Estimate. Dictators of $1200 bs" We have not heard from him since he did not respond to calls or text messages....... We showed him the product as he requested before our phone call. He agreed to the $1,200 when others said that they would do it for $200 less. As experienced as I am with sub-contrators and their tricks or tactics I must say that I find the message that he sent disturbing. I would not recommend him to any one for anything. Since the cleaners contact you directly, it is easy for them to commit to clean your house and then have some sort of reason last minute why they are unable to come. This has happened to me at least three times now with two different cleaners from their company (always at the most inconvenient times it seemed), and I have decided no longer to use their services for that reason.
