Used to enjoy this place. Seems like since they moved they just went down with quality of service. Walked in today with cash ready to go and waited for four or five minutes watching the employees just chit chat with some random customer. Not once was I acknowledged. Walked out and went somewhere else. Also unclear how the "reward points" are ever used. I've had to collected a ton by now and never once offered to use them in anyway. read more

It's either bad customer service here or they try to sell you bottom shelf products. There's nothing fire about this place. Being the only dispensary opened until 12am, you might as well wait until morning and hit up a better place than this. read more

I love this place!! The Atmosphere is unlike any other pot shop I have ever been to. Parrots, bunnies, dogs, big screen TV's, neon lights, and friendly bud tenders. #1 in Yakima. I love the selection as well. read more

The coupon below is misleading and false advertising. Purchased an ounce online for $180. I was…read moreexpecting to pay $90 when I went to pick it up. When I got there the price was $150 after they used the coupon. They stated that the original price of the ounce was $300 so half of that is $150. No where on the coupon does it say that it reverts back to original price then you get 50%0ff. Very misleading. Switch and bait technique going on there. The three managers there over talked me and said that I was the only person that has a problem with it. Very demeaning and unprofessional behaviors to be managers. I will never use this place again. Please read the coupon that I have attached.
