Wow worst customer service ever. I spent £100 getting materials printed and one document was bound…read morewith half the pages upside down. When I went to sort it out Alice said I'd have to pay to get it printed again. When I said that doesn't make sense because it's clear that it was compiled wrongly before binding she said 'that's how it was given to me' so I said Thats ridiculous and she went 'that's fine. When I said I'm a new business and wouldn't use Ryman's again she said 'that's fine'. She absolutely couldn't care less which makes me laugh now. Also didn't even try to figure out any other solution. As a new business owner I will never use you again and I'll encourage others not to either. Awful customer service. Avoid.

As a guy whom spends his time with his head in Reference books prefers films to reading grotty novels, by a little obscessed with factual history and catergorical meaning of life and price of fish, I found many cost effective deals at this shop I had not seen before. Ok there were some there I had already, But there is one I still need, and although Wikipedia is not bad , I refuse to pay for on line Brittania stuff which I did not find helpful, for the type of info I use to solve crosswords.The guy at Works assures me they are not going to disappear again as they are now permanent!
