The flowers were delivered on the 13th. We were given old, wilted flowers. Such a shame because they pride themselves as luxury and quality. Packaging might be good but that quality of the flowers is very poor. It is very expensive considering you are only paying for the brand name and packaging. I was then told that my payment had to be 'verified' even though it was confirmed by their payment provider. After it was 'approved' by their finance team, I had to provide my personalisation details for my order, which seems like a pretty inefficient process. I should've been able to provide this at the time of ordering to avoid constant email comms. After not hearing anything for several days again after Christmas, I was told there was it would be delivered 2-10 days only to find out 10 days later that they didn't dispatch my order cos they were out of stock. It has now been a month since I placed my order and I still have not received any delivery or tracking details. If you don't follow up with this company, you won't get any updates on your order. They tell you which ones are the best for you depending on your needs. Like I was surprised when they told me that the frail looking carnations with its soft delicate petals last longer than roses. Apparently, carnations just shrink unlike other flowers whose petals fall off after a few days. Their delivery charges are the cheapest I've seen so far. One hundred fifty pesos for within Mandaluyong City and up to Php350 for areas in Quezon City.
