Unfortunately, the bouquet I received did not seem to be at par with your usual standards, as the flowers appeared old and wilted upon arrival. Sadly it did not even last on Valentine's Day. The flowers were delivered on the 13th. We were given old, wilted flowers. Such a shame because they pride themselves as luxury and quality. Packaging might be good but that quality of the flowers is very poor. It is very expensive considering you are only paying for the brand name and packaging. Regardless of the amount of the order, each order should be given importance. I have emailed them. airing my sentiments (with photos) but they have not replied to this date. I truly value this brand and would be saddened to see the quality of your products decline.

I trust this brand because their family who runs this company has been in business since 1993 and they have various branches. They started out focusing on artificial and dried flowers, which they still do very well, but now they are more into fresh imported flowers. The roses they have on display are of very high quality, aligned to the price you pay. The succulents don't last as well in the basement I guess they didn't look that great. However, I had to follow up a few days later after not receiving any order confirmation email. I was then told that my payment had to be 'verified' even though it was confirmed by their payment provider. After it was 'approved' by their finance team, I had to provide my personalisation details for my order, which seems like a pretty inefficient process. I should've been able to provide this at the time of ordering to avoid constant email comms. After not hearing anything for several days again after Christmas, I was told there was it would be delivered 2-10 days only to find out 10 days later that they didn't dispatch my order cos they were out of stock. It has now been a month since I placed my order and I still have not received any delivery or tracking details. If you don't follow up with this company, you won't get any updates on your order. It is truly a disappointing experience and has taken up too much of my time. Gifting should be an easy experience, not a chore. King Louis in Megamall is a personal favorite of mine. They have a great selection and their prices won't cost you that much. Their prices are higher than those found in Dangwa but at least you don't have to go to Sampaloc. The flowers are beautifully arranged and the staff are helpful. They tell you which ones are the best for you depending on your needs. Like I was surprised when they told me that the frail looking carnations with its soft delicate petals last longer than roses. Apparently, carnations just shrink unlike other flowers whose petals fall off after a few days. Their delivery charges are the cheapest I've seen so far. One hundred fifty pesos for within Mandaluyong City and up to Php350 for areas in Quezon City.

Initially, I wanted to bring food because, by tradition, that's what most Filipinos would expect. But since I didn't have the time to shop for the perfect food takeaway, I settled for flowers. I believed that lie until I was about ten. I guess that was to prevent me from buying all the awesome goodies this shop has to offer. Sorry, parents. I'm buying gifts for myself. They have everything! And I really mean everything. They have all my childhood candies next to a stand of plastic balloons. You know, those little tubes which you squeeze until this substance comes out which you blow into with the use of a little stick. There's a shelf with plates, spoons and forks and knives, cups and lunchboxes. And in the center, you'll find notebooks, stickers, pens, art materials, cellphone cases and the occasional sex toy. Speaking of toys, they do have toys for babies and children and adults who collect toys. Not into those things? They have bags, clothes and hats too. I remember being dragged here by my mom whenever I needed a costume for school. "You're only going to wear it once anyway. But it at Regina," she'd say. Don't get me wrong, their clothes don't break after one use. They have cool socks and hats. And sometimes if you're lucky, they have sell Christmas stockings. I can't remember everything they sell at this shop. So it would be great if you have a look for yourself. You won't be disappointed and you'll leave with lots of loot.
