She has never led us astray, and quite the opposite, has delighted us with her great ideas and awesome creativity. My husband is THE PICKIEST because he is a graphic designer and he trusts Beth's taste. That's saying ALOT! One thing I really appreciate is how Beth is willing to work within our individual parameters. Currently, we have been buying furniture piece by piece (instead of doing an entire remodel/room at one time), which might annoy other designers, but Beth sees and articulates a vision for us and is patient with us on our *decor* journey. Recently, she had the absolutely brilliant idea to repurpose a piece of vintage furniture (very sentimental to us), giving it new life and making it relevant to our home's modern decor. No kidding ... I smile every day when I look at it. We plan to do a major remodel in the next year or two, and I will definitely be using bdhomesf to coordinate construction, finishes and interior design. Can't wait to work with you again, Beth!

Marion was very attentive in going through every aspects of the design and providing her own professional opinion to enhance & tie in my thoughts, she then took the key aspects and transformed it into an incredible  visual representation of the space! Even the initial 3D rendering blew me and then working with her on bringing it to life was such a breeze. She helped with decisions big & small, made sure all aspects aligned with our brand vision, suggested fixture and furniture and also provided alternatives that were also on brand when there were budgeting constraints. With her extensive experience in visual merchandising she also worked on transforming our window & internal displays into works of art. I was so impressed by her attention to detail and pointing out various aspects to look out for which not only resulted in a beautiful outcome but saved so much time and effort that would've otherwise been wasted on redos. Our customers have been loving our new space all thanks to Marion!

In comes Tom and he wows us with his vision for the dank, unfinished basement: make it into a family room with open doors that open out onto a large, wide deck. That is just one example of advice he gave that we did take and have no regrets. He absolutely inspired our ideas from beginning to end even though we could only afford him as a consultant. Not only is Tom a great designer who understood our budget constraints, but he could always provide an articulate and non-jargony rationale for why this light/paint color/cabinet color etc. worked or didn't. Our house wouldn't be what it is without Tom's input. he came with us to pick furniture, tiles, colors, and all the little things that make a difference, even the subtle paint colors of our bedrooms which we would not have thought to choose but really do enjoy the way they bring calm.

We had just moved into a new…read morehome and needed help coordinating furniture, paint, rugs, etc. We needed help getting out of the beige and neutral color hell we had been in. Within a few weeks of our initial meeting, Patti had pulled together several different color schemes with fabric swatches for drapes and furniture to choose from. We went through room by room and talked about how we "live" in each room, then made recommendations about types of furniture that would achieve our goal. We had toddlers at the time so we didn't want anything with sharp edges or easily breakable and she worked around our needs perfectly. She was also very good about incorporating any pieces of art or furniture that we already owned and wanted to keep with the new furniture. She made it all work together beautifully. After all our furniture arrived, she swooped in with loads of accessories and "styled" each room. My husband and I were in shock to see the transformation of each room, how everything fit together so perfectly and how each item contributed to the room as a whole. We were finally out of beige hell! it really was amazing to witness. I gave Patti 4 stars instead of 5 because I think as a designer in SF, it is really easy to head to the Design Center as the primary stop - it is easy and convenient. We did not have a champagne budget or a beer budget for that matter, we were somewhere in the middle. For our budget, I did a lot (and I mean weeks) of searching online to find similar items we'd seen at the Design Center that were far less expensive options for us. I think it is important to have multiple "go to" sources for varying budgets. That said, we have used Patti again on subsequent projects and would enlist her services again as our home and rooms evolve. We have come to value and respect her talents a great deal.

Sara approaches the transformation methodically. She first assess your style, focuses on functionality and renders everything so you can see what you think before it all happens. She is trained as an engineer so everything is very precise but with her artistic eye, quite lovely. She has clean lines and modern style which results in relaxing and inviting. I especially appreciated through the process that when I first saw the idea and questioned a piece, that I learned to trust her because while it might not be in my immediate comfort zone, it looked really cool all pulled together. She chooses pieces from different stores so it doesn't look like a page out of catalog and across different price points. I could go on and on but Sara has been fabulous and I highly recommend her!

She was very respectful of my budget and laid out a long and short term design plan, so I knew what I should do first to get the most impact and then changes I can implement in the future as budget and time permit. Believe it or not, they even gave us a schedule which they stuck to the entire time! Our friends say that this is unheard of. We were so pleased with the fact that she really understood what we wanted, specially as first time home owners. Even my husband, who was reluctant at first to use a professional to help us with anything other than the kitchen, was so impressed with her personality and professionalism that he very soon realized how invaluable it was to have her help us with the rest of the rooms in the house. In a world full of choices, hard ones, when you're finally deciding to sell the last bits of Ikea furniture on craigslist and buy some nice new things, Christy makes it so simple to make decisions without ever pressuring you. My husband and I had a budget to work with, and at every turn she gave us options to choose from at a range of prices, she even spent a sleepless night thinking about our bedside table lampshades and always had her tape measure handy to make sure everything was impeccable and not a cm off. Simply put Christy is a perfectionist, always prompt and always professional, from color palettes, suggesting new art, finding the exact cushion for our daughter's room, custom shelving, making us try out some different sofa's in person for comfort level, understanding our need for modern, stylish pieces that were still child proof without looking it, she really does it all! I have already referred Christy to several people I know, and they are all very excited to be working with her. In fact when everything in our home is finally complete (we're just finishing off the very last pieces) we'll be so sad to not have Christy around anymore.
