Its a small dealership that as it happens, paradoxically becomes a big advantage over the humongous dealerships where I live in Los Angeles. Small town vibe gets you first class service. Joey, aka Jose, was the salesperson who helped me buy a 2025 Ford Ranger Raptor. Patty, who I believe is the Finance manager, worked out all the details beautifully the thoroughly. One weekend, I took my family (my disabled Mom, 2 year old son, our guide dog and two lizards) out to Blythe to spend some time on the water. We drove my Dad's old '92 Chevy truck out there and it had broken down, luckily we made it to Finn where I met Michael and his team-beautiful, beautiful people. I arrived in a panic, we had been in the heat for a couple days, stuck and I was very overwhelmed, practically in tears. Michael went above and beyond to help me, he assured me that it would be ok despite the circumstances and that I was making the right move to ensure the safety of my family. I gave him a very brief description of what I was looking for and within minutes, he made a selection better than I could have. He has a natural gift for finding exactly what people need and I could not be more pleased with his choice. I had never spent a chunk of money on anything like that before, and I was scared because my Dad usually helps me with these things, but we recently lost him and it can be difficult for me to make big decisions without his guidance. Michael saw that I was having a meltdown and took the situation calmly and smoothly into his hands and did so with such natural grace, it was very comforting. He played with our guide dog and my son and he even got us a ride to get lunch AND PAID FOR IT! Michael showed me that weekend that as long as you know what you're doing and you trust the Lord, things will work themselves out. What a great experience! A close friend recommended Larry Green Ford to us. He has bought many vehicles through them. My husband called Patty, who is amazing and super kind. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I went in to the larry green ford center in blythe, I had the worst experience with Patty. Isaiah was absolutely amazing!! But patty that's a different story. When I told her I wanted my payments to be under 300 a month she kept giving me cars that the payments were 500 or 400 a month. Now mind you I don't have credit but I had a trade in valued at 4400.00 plus 2k cash. So a pretty significant chunk. When I told her the payments were too much she said "I don't meant to be rude but... you have no credit, you live off unemployment, you have no job, and I don't know why you had to ask your dad you are a grown woman... plus do you really want to be driving THAT around?" No mind you I do have a job but I am laid off due to covid. Also I asked my dad because he knows more about this stuff then I do! I understand my circumstances aren't great to get a car however there is a such thing as tact when you speak to someone and patty has absolutely none. I was actually thinking about getting that car however because of her demeanor towards me, and her high horse attitude I will be taking my business elsewhere!! So disgusted. This dealership is a joke. Spent $4,000 for a repair that they didn't fix correctly. Took it to a Ford dealer in Orange County at their request, because they said their work was under warranty. They ended up not covering their work and actually did more damage to the engine as a result of their tech taking a grinding wheel to crank shaft. Closest place to Phoenix to get a California smog check. The service guy was terrific. Super nice and efficient guy. It took about an hour with an appointment because they feel a little behind. What really threw off the experience was trying to pay for it. I stood in line at Parts and the clerk was helping another customer. It took him 15 minutes to figure out that the part wasn't in-stock... all he had to do was look it up in the computer system. When it was finally my turn to pay, it took awhile to figure out what paperwork he needed to close out the transaction. He wasn't familiar with the credit card machine so he had to pull the service guy over to help him run it. I hope the parts guy was just new to the job. read more

Larry Green is complacent. Until people in Blythe demand better, they will get below service like Larry Green. Crackheads played with my truck box handles, the truck sat in the same place for 4 days. My company spends millions a year with Ford. I will be contacting my fleet purchasing manager and fleet maintenance manager about how Larry Green is lack luster.
