If it falls on a weekday, they typically get delivered to my office from Umlaut & Ampersand. Between the ballroom, theater, and patio, we had so many beautiful backdrops for every part of our celebration. The catering was incredible - our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, especially the brisket (which the chef loving tended to into the early morning hours). We also loved that we got to do a tasting beforehand, and the team was wonderful about accommodating dietary restrictions. The bar was just as great! Our specialty cocktail and mocktail were both a big hit. Danielle, the venue manager, was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Her communication and organization were top-notch, and she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. On the day itself, Danielle and the GTB team were calm, detailed-oriented, and took care of everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy our wedding without stress. There has to be a reason behind why this business has no reviews for a place that's been around this long. The unprofessional service and lack of integrity we received from the owner was beyond disbelief. Mary, the women who runs the hall was not able to even abide by her own contract written and signed at the time of rental. On many occasions she seemed to be out of town or in an "emergency" when it came to accepting the remaining balance we owed after our down payment (stated in her contract) she insisted we cash app her and I stated it was unprofessional and that I needed a receipt upon payment. She has stood me up countless times and failed to return my calls in a timely manner. I want to warn you to thoroughly inspect and take photos of the hall before she leaves the place-the day of your event. She is known to fault other damages done by her other guest on other renters. She seems to be money hungry that she will go as far as even shaming you for damages you took no parts in, whatever it will take to keep your $500 deposit. I wish I were given these warnings in advance. Please be aware.

They worked with us with what we envisioned and we trusted them to deliver the best. They were easy to talk to and were very responsive with phone calls and emails. We were able to have in-person meetings with them as well. Our wedding was in Long Beach, CA and we live in So Cal. We received demo photos for approval prior to wedding. The floral arrangements were top notch. Definitely worth it! We had a wedding package with them and were able to add on items right before the wedding. We had bridal flowers (boutonnieres, bouquets, corsages), ceremony flowers, flowers for the aisle, and table centerpieces, We added later fresh flowers on the cake and flowers in the napkins. (Note: We had about 19 tables and 200 guests.) They delivered the bridal flowers at the hotel prior to the wedding and set up the floral arrangements at our venue.
