A-MAZ-ING I just got married this summer and used Aria Style. I couldn't have been happier with the results. The Aria Style team was so easy to work with and responsive which I really appreciated. When I met with them for the first time, John was so friendly and easy to talk to. I was a deer in headlights when it came to flowers and what I wanted. But we brain stormed some ideas and they sent over the proposal very quickly. Things changed and once the wedding started getting closer I settled on some different ideas. On June 13 of this year, we had our wedding at the Salish Lodge in Snoqualmie, John and his team from ARIA provided the majority of the decorations for our ceremony and reception. We had to plan the entire wedding from out of state, which made things difficult for both John and ourselves, as we did not get a chance to meet until the day of our ceremony. During the planning, John was extremely helpful and very receptive to our ideas, as well as providing excellent feedback and guidance. From the arch, bouquets, and centerpieces, every single one of our expectations were blown away. With the little instruction we were able to provide over the phone and a few pictures via email, John took our ideas and really ran with it. We ended up with an amazingly beautiful wedding, and much of the thanks goes to John and the people at ARIA. It is definitely on the expensive side, but I did not compare prices too much to know how price wise they compare to others, but I know they are not a rip off compared to others based off of the couple others I called. Through looking at photos of other weddings, I kept seeing John's beautiful work from ARIA, and it was clear from the various vendors I talked to that they are a favorite among vendors. I rented table linens and lighting for my wedding from Aria. I had initially met with John, who really understood the vision I was going for with my wedding. If I could describe my wedding in one work it would be epic. I loved the table linens and added the lighting just to add a dramatic flair to one wall. John did an amazing job with our wedding. We rented some props as well as had him do floral arrangements, and everything turned out beautifully. They easily took care of setup and tear down...and generally made it a beautiful event. The one thing that I would recommend is doublechecking that the list of items for your event are specifically spelled out in the contract. Aria was supposed to bring a small arrangement for the kids table instead of a toss bouquet..and ended up bringing a toss bouquet. But that was so minor...I will absolutely use Aria again. read more

We chose Aria Style for the flowers because they were setting up for a wedding the first time we went to look at the venue, and we liked what we saw. We had one meeting with John many months prior to the wedding. Because my daughter and i have very different taste in flower types and colors, I wasn't sure we would both be happy with the result. I cannot rave enough about John! He decorated my wedding last week, and I couldn't be more happy!! He is patient, he listens to what you want, and he takes risks. I asked him to do something that he has never done before since I was let down by another company. I wanted ceiling draping. He was hesitant at first and tried to help me by personally referring me to a company who is well known for ceiling draping--but I shared my negative experience with him and he knew how important it was to me (I had already tried to contact that company and did not have any luck with a response). He agreed to try, since he knew it was something I really wanted. He warned me that it might be "the greatest thing ever" or "it could be a complete disaster." After several weeks of trying to work with them we actually wound up purchasing our own lights. Maybe if we had them as coordinator's (spent more $$) the service levels would have been better, but we were extremely disappointed...I would look elsewhere read more

I thought John would be great for my small but elegant wedding - his experience and ability to envision an occasion seemed top notch. In an early session, he suggested a willow ring with hanging flowers for my bouquet. Not feeling that this was the right answer, at a later time closer to my wedding, I asked for a bouquet of mixed flowers with wired flowers cascading down. He seemed to understand. When I arrived at the church, I found a horrendous huge ring of willow with a few pathetic flowers hanging off the edge. It looked like a second grade craft project. Not only did he revert back to his original idea, but the execution was ridiculously bad. I had to have a friend run to QFC for a makeshift bouquet. I cringe now every time I look at the photos. I would never recommend Aria to anyone. And a lesson learned - make sure they SHOW you what your florist plans, flowers and all. read more

John is very creative and the nicest person! From the moment my mom and I went and met with him we knew he was going to make this wedding exactly what my husband and I were envisioning! He was so open to all of my ideas even when I wanted greenery hung from wires on the ceiling of the tent we were getting married in. We met with him multiple times and each time he made sure we were still on the same page with all of the plans. The flowers turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! I am still so in love with how it all looked. He not only did all of our flowers but he also provided the chargers, chair covers, sequins linens, couches and tables for a seating area, and probably more that I am forgetting. I could never possibly issue enough praise for John at Aria Style. I wanted something different from the average wedding, and John absolutely delivered. At every step, he was prompt, prepared, creative, and professional. I had no doubt that he would create something beautiful, but what surprised me was how personal he made it. John truly listened to me, got to know my aesthetic, and delivered a look far beyond my wildest dreams. He added so many details that spoke to me, and his passion for design was present in every stem, petal, and linen. It might have been because I wanted him to be my new best friend, but we really had a blast working together. I felt that John very quickly adapted to my preferences and every suggestion he made improved upon those preferences. He helped me maximize every dollar spent, moving ceremony decorations inside for the reception to not only save money but keep the look consistent. Most florists can make roses look pretty, but when I asked for grasses, greenery, and other less commonly used flowers, John rose to the occasion and created a unique and wonderfully whimsical look. Really and truly, Aria Style made my wedding what it was--dreamy, luxurious, and utterly personalized. If I could be his best friend or personal assistant or something, I totally would.
