Myself some dnd mini figs that had to be taken out of a countertop and a mecha kit for my brother. The cashier was seemingly on the phone with someone doing inventory or something. I asked if he could get the figures out of the countertop he just kinda nodded his head as he continued his call. We then idled around looking around the store again for another 15 minutes waiting for his call to end. It never did, finally we managed to get the mecha checked out. I was too upset to bother purchasing the minfigs. Nice selection but cashier never got off the phone or put them on hold to get us checked real quick.

It felt like Hot Topic meets Spencer's meets yard sale. It also felt very claustrophobic inside. You couldn't really move around much with the people in there. When I walked into the burrow, I was surprised by its size. It was smaller than I was expecting, but I didn't feel cramped. There was a back room where I heard some fellow card game enthusiasts having quite a rambunctious time, something I plan on being a part of soon! The contents of the store made me feel like I was living out a wonderful dream. The shelves were lined with things from my favorite amines and books, especially Harry Potter. (If you haven't picked up on it yet, the stores name comes from Harry Potter!) Let me tell you, I almost spent all the money in my account in that store. And I wouldn't have been upset if I did! I picked up a few things that I will for sure add to my collections. If you're into things such as any of the things I listed above, you'll love the Burrow.

I would like to say that I am severely disappointed by the employee of this establishment. Not sure if this is the manager or the employee. But the guy with blond hair, a cap, and a grey plain T-shirt was extremely rude and curt to me and my son. We came in to purchase pokemon cards, and this guy treated us like we were the dirt under his shoes. LET ME ASK ALL OF YOU: If there are boxes of pokemon cards OPENLY displaced with NO SIGNS and NO INDICATIONS to not touch, again NO SIGNS AND NO INDICATION to not touch, would you not think that the cards are open for sale? I would. Given the fact that the store is a card store, having opened boxes with cards displaced is simply inviting customers to take check them out. The dude saw us looking at the cards and immediately got impertinent, exclaiming that we should not be touching them. Then when my kid wanted to purchase the plastic sleeves for his pokemon card, he refused service with ZERO explanation. NONE. He told a freaking 10-year-old: "NO, I won't sell the sleeves to you just because." What kind of adults who are so miserable and ill-mannered to take whatever his personal issues out to a kid? Over some PLASTIC card sleeve? My kid and I were extremely disappointed at the employee of this establishment. We highly discourage people from visiting this place, unless you want to be yelled at, derided at, or be started at with snide and scornful eyes. The only saving grace of this place is the polite young chubby cashier who sold us the pokemon card. He was great. If it was not for this guy, I would have given 0 star. Value wise. It is not worth it either. I can get better deals at other locations than this place
