In total we waited a ridiculous 3 MONTHS for a table and chairs that they delivered dirty and damaged. This table has a veneer finish, which I only know through investigating the store display (the website would have you believe something else entirely- also called false advertising- and the reps have no access to any other information, which is very sad and irresponsible on the part of corporate). Anyway, once the veneer is damaged it will flake off with your finger nail. God forbid you forget anything in your back pocket before you sit down. Additionally, the bench for this table has bolts on the BOTTOM which will undoubtedly damage the floor if left as is. So the veneer is cheap and thin AND it has a poor design. (There are a number of quality issues with the table I didn't mention since this isn't really a product review other than to state that I'm unimpressed with the quality of the furniture they carry. This purchase wasn't by any means grouped with the "cheap" stuff). Buyer beware. I will not be doing business with Furniture Row ever again. I have bought furniture from Ashley, Verlo, and Furniture Outlet. Not only were my pieces delivered in a timely manner but they were clean and undamaged. UPDATE: Only a few hours after leaving my review, the local store manager called me wanting to address the issues, and after paying a visit to the local store (with photos to show them what I was talking about), not only were the damaged pieces reordered (though I have to wait another 2 months), but they told me to go ahead and USE the dinning set so my family would have a place to eat! That makes the wait acceptable to me as we had previously been eating on our couch for 3 months, and the novelty of comfy dining wears off when you start cutting meat on your lap. As for my previous statement that I won't be doing business there again, that is undecided. I'm impressed with the level of service by the store clerks for sure, but I still have my doubts about the quality of furniture decorating thier showrooms.

I was told by the sales representative who helped me that they could get my furniture here by the end of June. June comes and I call the lady who spoke to me told me that 2 of my beds were at the ware house the other 2 were delayed until July and my dining room table was delayed till July. 2 of my beds were delivered in July. My table was delivered to me at the end of a august. The last 2 beds were delivered mid October when they went to put them together one of the beds was defective and the mover could not get it together. I called Furniture row because I had waited so long to receive my beds and one comes broken I was told they were ordering a piece to fix it but they could not tell me when the part would arrive To this day furniture row still has yet to get my bed fixed and is sitting in the room right as they left it last year I talked to the manager a week after the issue and I told them that they should be mss as making this this right not once did they offer a discount for all the inconvenience and I paid hundreds of dollars for a bed that's broken and they act like I'm being rude sorry is not good enough I bout a house to move into with my family and could not move in till almost 7 months after I got the key's because you couldn't get me my furniture

Before buying; Check out their Consumer Affairs Reviews. They have more negative reviews and…read morereports than positive (27% Negative over 24% positive (screen Shot posted last picture)) https://www.consumeraffairs.com/furniture/slumberland_furniture_mo.html I'll be updating every few weeks for 2 years. I was sold a sectional with substandard cushions. April 24th, 2023 Jerry McCormick from Slumberland called and said they plan on making this right. That was a lie. Its now Sept. 11, 2023. He's Ghosted since mid Aug. Looking for a new furniture dealer. One who cares about a long-term customer and customer service after the sale (Changed my Google review from 5 Stars to 1 Star). We bought the sectional from Slumberland in 2021. What a difference 6 MO+ later. Slumberland dragged out warranty work (2022 & 2023): There were manufacturer defects with this sectional right from the start. They didn't put the proper amount of brackets on the couch/sectional, and it kept coming apart. Slumberland added the brackets and got it working well. Plus I added straps. Unfortunately, this took a while. Then, within six months, the seat cushions began to collapse. I claimed them immediately. But, Slumberland only fixed one cushion. I made a 2nd and 3rd claim. They sent technicians twice. Both said the cushions were too thin and needed another layer of foam in order to reinforce the seats and provide support. They claimed they were ordering the cushions and parts. But NEVER called back or followed through. This lack of support has rendered the couch useless to me and sent me to the Dr's 3 times for lower back pain, injections... After paying over $4,000 for this sectional (Plus all the other furniture I've bought from them) I wouldn't have thought Slumberland Manufacturing and their insurance company would have failed me and; dragged out the process long enough to refuse fixing it. Even though, I made the claim as soon as the problem arose, within six months of purchase. I'm a retired Army Vet with 34 years of service, and battling cancer and don't have the time to get Slumberland to fix cushions that should have been thicker and to industry standards in the 1st place. Unfortunately, I've been forced to do just that. Slumberland refuses to stand by their product, or follow up after; claims on their site, many phone calls, and multiple in-person visits (while it was under warranty I was assured SEVERAL times the cushions would be taken care of. But, they were stalling/waiting for the warranty to run out. They had no intention of fixing the couch.). I've bought a lot of furniture from Slumberland over the years (from 2003 through 2021). Unfortunately, after this experience, I'll NO LONGER continue to do so. In the past, I recommend Slumberland. I WILL NO LONGER recommend Slumberland to ANYONE, knowing they won't fix or replace a damaged product or even return your calls. The main Technician Jerry initially returned my calls and text. But he has since lied to me, quit returning calls or texts... Messages I've left for management and the owner's son remain unreturned. They don't care about their customers or customer service after the sale. Slumderland thinks spending $4,000 on a defective product is no big deal. They suggested I should cover fixing the defective couch myself. I bought the insurance with the couch and tried to make an insurance claim, twice. But, Slumberland Insurance denied it. Here's the kicker. Because, they said, it was a manufactured defect, and they don't repair/cover manufactured defects. REALLY?!?! 2003 In Columbia on leave from Ft Bragg bought bedroom set. 2005 Stationed in Jefferson City and bought living room and dining room set. 2017 through 2018 Getting ready to retire from the Army bought couch, recliner, love seat, and coffee table with my backpay. In 2021, I bought the infamous sectional. Pictured here. 2023, and beyond NEVER SHOPPING AT Slumberland AGAIN!!!!

I am super excited to go home today and set up my furniture. My last several furniture purchases have been at Slumberland as I always find what I need at a great price with excellent service!
