My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. Sure, Nike has a big store here, but most of their shoes are still $60 and up with no real discount pricing. Here at the Adidas Outlet, customers get a 40% discount off the marked (already reduced) price. We found a few pairs we liked which were marked at $59 or $79, which is about the standard department or sporting goods store price, but the signage said they'd charge 40% less than that at checkout. We walked out of here with 2 pairs of shoes for about the same cost as a single pair at most any retail store. How can one give a business with prices like that only 1 or 2 stars? This store had a wide selection of footwear with several rows of racks for both men and women, but I didn't see at least some of Adidas' most recent styles represented. IMO, the pricing on their t-shirts and clothing items wasn't nearly as attractive as the pricing on their shoes.

Teamwork and a positive culture seemed evident in how they celebrated each other with shout outs over the radio when I mentioned the excellent service received. I learned that they are an extension of Lady Foot Locker - their purpose is to sell women's athletic activewear and accessories that can be worn all day --from working out straight to running errands, etc. So the items are "more fashionable". They feature several brands including Nike, Under Armour, Brooks, New Balance and Reebok to name a few. Price points run the gamut from affordable (I saw some tops for 9.99) to super spendy. They do have one thing that Athleta and Lululemon do not have--- a vast selection of running/fitness shoes . One of the girls working kept checking on me offering to bring out sizes if I wanted to try on but I was only there to browse. On another note, they will be offering free workout classes like their other locations which they will post on their social media pages. I would recommend coming on a weeknight if you're shopping for something specific, especially shoes. Weekends are nuts.

There is a lot of merchandise in this store. They had some interesting stuff but again the sales are kinda whatever & I don't think it's worth it. I have been to better Nike outlet stores like in Saratoga, CA where it's more relaxing to shop. You also feel a lot safer with the crowd. I advise others to watch their purse & lock their cars.
