I get that you're slow but when there's three customers why do I get inferior service. They were doing what appeared to be a visuals change over so I know they were focused but with three customers in the store I shouldn't have stood in line for ten minutes--- especially when a woman with a managers name tag is standing a foot on front of me engrossed on her seasonal change over book. I shouldn't have had time to count the employee customer ratio. We weren't offered help in the men's section-- and the transaction was very, well, transactional and robotic. My day is going great miss register lady thanks for not asking. The only plus to this visit was the three dollar clearance polo and the in store entertainment by the young man who thought he was Diana Ross belting out the stores playlist. He was very patient and knowledgeable explaining the different choices available, brought out several different types of shoes to try on carefully lacing and fitting with the inserts for me to walk in. At Style Encore I would usually see a nice assortment of Brahmin bags. Which i love. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was by my reception in the store that day!!! Ignored and marginalized are the best words I have to describe it. The purses are kept in an awkward place far behind the registers. So one has to stare up at the wall of bags then wait to be acknowledged for assistance. Not great but standing there several times with no acknowledgement from the staff is well disconcerting..especially when you need to pay for items you picked up. I don't think I will be back!!

There were 2 young ladies at the register, when I walked in (helping another a customer check out), but neither of them greeted me upon walking in. For a store this small and so specialized, I was really expecting customer service to be stellar. That was a minor set back for me because I do plan on returning, if I ever need LSU Tiger clothing or memorabilia. The sidewalk sale caught my eye today, and I left there with 8 LSU pieces of clothing for $44 with tax; all $5 each but worth much more as you can imagine! I bought a pair of black yoga pants, two flowery exercise tanks, a short sleeve shirt (cuter than a regular tshirt though), a super soft long sleeve, two purple skirts for my girls, and an adorable patterned LSU dress for my 4 year old. I'm so excited I happened to be eating lunch next door at La Divina today! I will no doubt be back and will hopefully catch another sidewalk sale as they supposedly have them 2-3 times per year.
