I was also called a racist because I complained about the complete lack of hygiene and the fact that I was kept waiting for 20 mins despite arriving on time and the salon being empty. I scheduled a shellac manicure and regular pedicure with Tanya for 15.06.2022 at 3.00PM. I arrived at the chosen time when Tanya just finished with a customer. I added shellac removal to my services as my hand nails had shellac. I waited 22minutes for Tanya to enjoy some drinks with a girl who later introduced herself as assistant manager. After having the time off, no apologizes were offered for the time I was kept waiting. Tanya started working on my pedicure and while doing so she was also cleaning the floor from the dead skin that fell off (gloves were not changed in the process). I was astonished by the lack of hygienne but decided to stay quiet hopping everything will be finished soon and it will all go ok moving further. After pedicure, exactly 1hour and 20 mins since I got to the salon, I was sitted to have my nails soaked and shellac removed. Tanya and the assistant manager left to the bar, chatting and having drinks, therefor Iasked one of the other colleagues how much longer does it take. This was a big mistake: all 3 cosmeticians from the salon starting screaming at me, blaming me that I lie about the lack of hygiene and accusing me of racism. They assured me that it takes 2 hours for mani+pedi on their website - which I would agree but 1.5 hours were already passed and she didn't even start working on my nails. Furthermore, approx 30 mins of this time I waited for Tanya to complete her time offs. They were screaming so bad at me that I became scared, I wanted to complain to their manager for the overall experience but they started laughing at me as it appears one of them was the assistant and was answering the phone. I was overwhelmed and so scared that all I wanted was everything to end. Obviously, since I paid online they kept all my money and I left with my nails like in the picture below. Leaving I can confirm they were right, no management there, one of the ladies answered the phone when I called an started laughing at my face.

You always get offered a cup of tea or coffee, and if you become a regular customer, they issue you with an appointment card to keep a record of your visits. You then get £5 off on every 5th visit. Most importantly of all, they take good care of your nails and carry out their work to a very high standard. This salon is well worth a visit.

I got the three-week manicure done and I remember 2 weeks on my nails were still looking like they did when I left the branch. The manicure lasted perfectly and my nails were glowing 3 weeks on! Terrible experience. Don't go here!…read more I went to get my nails done here this week with a couple of friends. We were treating one of my friends who's getting married next week so we were hoping for a pleasant relaxing experience. My 2 friends had a nice experience but of course I ended up being completely tortured for over an hour. The guy that works here is extremely nice according to my friend. And one of the other girls was really nice too apparently. But I'm 100% sure me and my friends will never go back. I got a manicure and pedicure and I was unhappy and in pain during both. I think the nail technician I got hated me for some reason because she was a completely different person with the customer after me! During my manicure she barely spoke to me. Which was annoying but fine. But whilst she was prepping my nails and cutting my cuticles (which hurt!) she ended up drawing blood on more than one finger. She didn't even bat an eyelid and just told me to go and wash my hands. During my pedicure the real torture began. I've used feet exfoliating tools on my feet before but never have I used what looked like a cheese grater on my feet. To make matters worse, she was grating my feet as if they were giant potatoes. She even decided to grate the top of my feet (which don't have any hard skin...) and managed to cut my little toe - more blood. Of course when she went to cut my toe nail cuticles there was more blood drawn. She still didn't care at this point. When it came to choosing a toe nail colour I ended up getting into a disagreement with her about a shade. According to her "dark people need to use lighter shades for it to stand out" whilst I wanted a neutral beige/brown darker than my skin colour. We ended up compromising with a dark beige which I didn't love. The nail polish selection is small. What you see in the picture is pretty much what they have to offer as far as normal polishes go. Drying my toe nails took ages. I was pretty much left facing the wall with my feet under a heater whilst my nail technician attended someone else. Frankly I felt like a child that had been told off. After about 20 minutes another nail technician decided that my toe nails were dry and I could put my shoes back on, but when I got home they hadn't dried completely and had chipped and smudged in my shoes! When it came to payment time they didn't have a working card machine. Considering the total was over £100 for 3 of us I was annoyed that we had to go looking for a cash point. Turns out the closest cash point charges around £2-3. ¬_¬ At the end of the day, I felt battered and bruised from my nail appointment. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Staff are friendly and down to earth, all are able to speak English which is great. I've had issues in the past when the technicians was unable to understand me. I too had a manicure and pedicure but with shellac. They do great pedicure I love the so called potato grater she spoke of it definitely does the job I came out feeling I was walking on clouds. I've been to places where they haven't done it so clean but this place definitely cleans your feet and you will leave having different feet you came in with. They are also very clean so that's also a plus . The gel polish I got was recommended by the technician herself which I am glad because it was a lot better then the one I picked for myself. They did a really neat job and clean unlike some places which can be messy. Overall I would definitely return and recommend you try the place for yourself because I am always really happy with the results and service.
