This place is awful. I came in with builders gel nails from a previous manicure and wanted to…read morechange the color. One of my nails had also separated slightly from the gel, so I asked her if she could fix it and she said no problem. She filed away the old color, then pulled out a heavy duty file to file the gel on the broken nail. Within seconds the file had eaten through the gel and most of my natural nail. I actually had to yank my hand away because it hurt so badly. I could tell the nail was damaged, you could actually see a divot in the middle of my nail, so I told her to make that one especially short since it would be so weak. She began shaping the rest of my nails, and as she was filing my pinkie she pressed so hard the file tore my skin and started to bleed. Unbelievable. Predictably about a week or so later the nail that she ruined tore down the middle, and I've had to keep it bandaged for weeks. Do not go here for nail care, the low prices are not worth the pain and damage they will cause!

I was left with 2 bleeding fingers and without even an apology or a thank you. To add insult to injury, literally, they trick you with the nail polish, once you pick one they announce that particular color is 1€ extra. Don't fall for the cute facade, this is not the place you want to go.
