Simplemente no me lo pidieron. Como usuario, si no me dicen que falta un paso, es imposible saber que algo está incompleto. Apenas 15 minutos antes de disfrutar la experiencia, me informan que la reserva no está confirmada porque no se recibió ese supuesto segundo número. Para colmo, en lugar de asumir su falta de comunicación, me culpan a mí por "no saberlo", como si fuera mi responsabilidad adivinar un procedimiento que nunca me explicaron. Me parece inaceptable que un error de información por parte de ellos termine afectándome a mí, haciéndome perder tiempo y generando una enorme frustración. No solo es una muestra de desorganización, sino también de falta de profesionalismo y empatía hacia el cliente. No recomiendo este servicio si buscas algo serio y confiable.
