First of all, when they are with another customer and busy and you have been waiting for around 15 minutes, they dont have to wait on you but good customer service is to acknowledge the person waiting with a HELLO or ILL BE WITH YOU SOON. Forget it. They set me up with a phone that will simply talk and text. Well, I could talk and text but the texts coming in were all in symbols and not readable. When I returned, he said that the phone I have is not compatible with the smart phones for text. He said I would have to buy out the contract and there is another simple phone that would work. Now wait..... shouldnt he have sold me or informed me of this other phone at the beginning. He was not willing or offering to help me out. I was frustrated and said I would go check out AT&T.
